I was a resident of their rehab facility 3 years ago. I am still having nightmares about the place. I can't say that the care was poor. I can say that it was non-existant. If I pressed the call button, someone came in about a half hour or more. Although there were a few pleasant staff people, the majority were uncaring and even cruel. There were no activities in the rehab bldg. And no one offered to take me to a bldg. where there were activities. Between PT sessions, I was very bored. I was also depressed, but no one dealt with that. They just worked at making me more depressed. I can go on and on. I was so glad to go home. And I felt so sorry for the people who were permanent residents. Since being at home, I have met many other residents and family members who felt as I did. I don't know how this place is allowed to remain open.
unbelievable neglect

Horrible. Nighttime nurses and staff neglect these poor elderly and sick people. I can’t believe this is allowed. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
