My father is in Brightview East Norriton. We had used it for my wife's mother, so we were already familiar with it, and that really helped. The staff is very attentive, and they do a fine job. They have activities, but he's not participating yet. The facility is very nice and well maintained.

My parents were in Brightview East Norriton. They had a very sunny and comfortable living area. The staff was very helpful and caring. It was a good place for them at the time. The food was pretty good. They really loved the other residents and got to know a lot of other people there. It was a very friendly and caring atmosphere. It was really good, and I'd recommend it. They had good activities.

Brightview was a lovely place. It was the first community that I visited. It was bright, and the rooms were beautiful. I felt like there were more residents there that were not wheelchair-bound or not using walkers. The residents were higher functioning and seemed happy. Some of the residents had been there for seven years, and I think that is a testament. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Brightview East Norriton was beautiful. It's assisted living and personal care. It's beautifully done. For the age of the people that are in there, that's what they want to see. They want the pretty furniture and high curtains. The rooms were really bright. The dining rooms were beautiful and proportional to the other separate dining room. They had a little cafe and a night club bar where they play music. The people had cars and come and go as they please. It's gorgeous. The grounds were beautiful. They have gazebos and outside areas. They had a big barbeque the day I went there. It's huge, very pretty, and well kept. Everybody was very friendly. They had a library and lots of places to walk around. It was great and the nicest one I've been to.

I went to Brightview. I like its location. It was on the newer side. However, the building was a little sparse aesthetically. Like when you pulled up, there weren't any trees at all. It was kind like in the back of a parking lot. However, the building was very, very nice. It was a personal care facility. They also have independent living, and everything was under one roof. I saw a room and it was very nice. However, I thought it was a little bit expensive. What I didn't like about Brightview is that they required a certain amount of hours in order to receive a companion. Like, if you want to get a companion, you have to get them in five hour increments. I didn't like that.

It is as a result of several visits to Briteview that allow me to rate them as a 4 star. Professional stops allowed me to see much behind the scenes, and I was always impressed of the with the upbeat, clean and friendly atmosphere. The arrangment is brilliant allowing resident and guest to go to areas to visit in privacy and make it feel that is is truely their own home. The warmth of the staff is refreshing...I have seen aides go out of their way to give comfort in some way or another to a resident...I was attending a Network event when an aide came in and asked if she could "sneak out" some of the sweets for the lady resident in the hallway...who has a sweet tooth. I found this quite charming! It was a seemingly small gesture, but brought a huge smile. There is much professionalism and caring throughought the community. I would not hesistate to recommend.
