My mother moved into Brandywine Living at Dresher Estates. She's only been there a day or two. Everything went smoothly with the move-in. Her studio is very nice. The staff members are good, but I think (like in every single nursing home and assisted living) everybody's shorthanded. The food is good, and there's lots of it. She's not able to walk right now, so she hasn't been involved in any activities yet. Whatever's in the room is what you bring. The staff is good. It just takes a little bit of time to get somebody to come, but I think that's just because they're shorthanded.

This place is phenomenal! They go above and beyond job expectations to treat the residents with dignity, respect, and love. They take the time to know their residents, and do lots of special things to make them feel happy and included in the community. My godmother lived here for close to a decade. I could not be more grateful to the staff in every department at Brandywine at Dresher!

It's all about the people, folks! And the people of Brandywine: management, nurses, aides, the dining room staff and activity directors are some of the kindest and most caring individuals I have met since beginning this journey with my mother. It is truly a community and place where I feel comfortable spending an afternoon. The aides smile and TALK to residents instead of staring at their phones. Care and medication is administered by skilled nurses who get to know your loved one, not a case manager with a million other things to do. I realize that one size does not fit all but my experience at Brandywine/Dresher has been very positive.

Many thanks for everything you did for my mother, Evelyn. Your dedication, understanding and creativity made Dresher Estates a warm and lively, yet intimate home for my Mother's last years. Dresher Estates truly became her home.

We chose Brandywine Living at Dresher Estates for my father for respite care. I love it. It's clean and there are no odd smells in the place. The staff is amazing, very helpful, polite, respectful of their members, and they know people by name. The food was good. Everything was great.

If you are looking for an assisted living facility, Brandywine Living at Dresher Estates should be your #1 choice! I was there for a 3 week respite stay and it truly was spectacular. Erin and Pat were so nice and helpful, the staff was kind and compassionate, and even the residents were friendly and caring! I felt so welcome and loved. My Bayada physical therapist, Adam, was amazing. He had so much faith in me and helped me reach my goals. I can still hear his voice cheering me on “You can do it, Dolores!” If it wasn't for Adam, I would still be in a wheelchair! I was so pleased with my experience at Brandywine that it was hard for me to say goodbye. If I had to return, I would do so in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation or as a long time resident. I am forever grateful to everyone at Brandywine for their kindness and support. - Dolores J. Campbell

Zero stars for Reflections, the memory "care" unit. If you want you loved one sitting in her own urine for hours on end, this is the place for you. Recreation staff and a few nurses are great. Aides are overworked and poorly trained in dementia, how to talk to residents, and how to assist people who may be difficult or have special needs due to their disease. People's clothes aren't protected at meals by simple things like bibs and residents are often left hours on end without any interaction or stimulation. A resident can be calling out "I'm scared" and will be ignored rather than comforted. They paint a pretty picture and it "looks good" from time to time but if you spend a few hours there especially when the rec staff aren't around, you will see how it really is.

My aunt is having a wonderful experience at Brandywine Senior Living at Dresher Estates for the last seven years. When she first got there she wanted to go home, but before too long she began to call Dresher Estates her home. The staff has helped her feel safe and healthy, she considers them all friends and family. My aunt enjoys the well-planned food, entertainment and activities. The facility is beautiful and kept immaculate. She and I highly recommend Dresher Estates!

First class People is how I would describe the people at Brandywine Living. From start to finish they were nothing but loving , caring people that really cared about thte residence there. Very clean updated facilities with the greatest programs to keep your loved ones engaged. I know our father really had a pleasant stay there.

The experience my family and I have had from start to finish with bringing my father to Brandywine has been nothing but wonderful. When it became necessary to move him to assisted living we visited Brandywine and the quality of the administrative staff became apparent right away. All the staff were friendly when we did a walk through and the wellness team helped us with assessing my dad. All our questions were answered and they worked with us to make his move smooth. When he found out he was moving, he was very upset. With help of the wonderful team at Brandywine, he became acclimated right away. He thought he was just "trying it out", but after waiting several days after moving him in to see hims he was very happy. He continues to tell me that I made the right choice and he likes living at Brandywine. He enjoys some of the activities, especially the night movie. He has gone out on several luncheon trips and enjoyed himself very much. Our family now have been given peace of mind because we know he is well taken care of and happy at Brandywine.

My family and I were in the unique situation where we needed to find assistance for both my parents. My father is in the early stages of dementia and my Mom has sight and hearing issues. Neither of them ever wanted to move from their home. Erin reached out to us and we spend a good deal of time discussing options with her and Robin. They were both very flexible and came up with a custom made plan. We felt they were listening to our concerns and actively working towards solutions. We have been overwhelmed by people who work there, they are absolutely the best. The apartments are clean and lovely and the services provided are as you would want them to be. We could not be happier, both my parents are happy and are telling others to make the move! We looked at many facilities, I would highly recommend Brandywine at Dresher.

When our family visited Brandywine Senior Living @ Dresher Estates we were very impressed with the personal attention to our family member's needs. The Administrative professionals and Wellness team were very accomodating in helping us within the tight timeline that we faced. We toured several apartments in addition to the entire facility. We were impressed by the overall cleansliness, friendliness of the staff and the warmth of the environment. The car service that provides shuttles to and from Doctor appointments is great. For all of these reasons, we chose Brandywine Senior Living @ Dresher Estates. Since transitioning, our family member is very happy with the many activities each and every day (trivia, cards, movies). And lastly, the three meals a day and snacks are wonderful. Our family would highly recommend Brandywine Senior Living @ Dresher Estates.

Brandywine was a wonderful place for my mom. Her aides were so helpful and became friends, especially Morkeh. The nursing staff on duty was terrific and there are loads of activities for you to choose from. Food was very good and my mother's room was beautiful. Thank you so much, for taking such good care of my mom!

Brandywine was a personal care facility. It was very beautiful and brand new. They had this gorgeous koi pond with a waterfall. They use a point system of assessment, where they would determine what your level of care was. They only have nurses, which was nice. They didn't have any medical technicians, so there were only nurses that would dispense the medication. However, because of the nurses, it drove the price up. The level of care was more educated, but the price ranges ran high. However, the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. At Brandywine, they have everything that you're looking for, i.e. activities. They also have open dining, which a lot of places did not have, which means they open at 7 a.m. and close at 6 at night, so you could dine at any time during the day. I really thought it was beautiful. I would probably give 5 stars, except that it was very expensive and not affordable to everyone.

They spend more money on landscaping than they do to take care of the residents. My grandfather was having chest pains and waited hours before he received care. They had a change in management and it has been terrible ever since.
