Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls was a smaller community. It's close to the hospital, which is good, and it's fairly new. It was nice and pleasant. They have a nurse and somebody on staff 24 hours a day. It just seemed kind of expensive to me (maybe they all are), but it's worth looking at anyway.
They have a studio, a one bedroom, and a two bedroom. The two-bedroom looked pretty good (but it's the most expensive too). They serve three meals a day, and you can get it in your room or in their dining room. From what I've seen, the people seemed to be happy. They have a quarter acre lawn in the back outside area and a common room where residents can play cards.

The rooms are very spacious and kept clean. Staff is very friendly and caring. Very considerate and willing to help. Lots of activities to get involved in.

I have been looking for an assisted living facility for a dear friend, for some time. Some of the facilities were good but I was not really impressed. When I went to Pacifica Senior Living and spoke with the manager I was very impressed with her knowledge and patience answering my many questions. She walked me through the building, including the patio/garden where the residents can be, and she showed me the weekly dinner menu; which had well balance meals. As the result of my visit, I not only want my friend to be able to live there but I decided that when my turn comes to go to a senior living facility, that is going to be my home.

Here in Klamath Falls, there is a wide range of retirement living options--from shared rooms in converted single family homes, to far more spacious accommodations, such as those at Pacifica, which in many ways rival those of a 5 star boutique hotel. But ultimately, what one is looking for when selecting a retirement home for their parents or themselves is a friendly, helpful, competent, and caring staff, which is why my dad chose Pacifica. Krystal the executive director of the facility and Krystal the sales rep are both outstanding individuals, who practice compassion for their elderly residents as well as prospective residents 24/7. To this, add a smiling front desk staff
and an activities director who strives to accommodate every single one of their resident's interests. Beyond that, the chef strives to provide a wide range of meal options and those options are backed up with an "anytime menu" which offers additional mouth-watering options from a mile-high (or so it seems) stack of pancakes to burgers topped with cheddar or swiss cheese. And there's no "assigned seating" so no one is stuck having to interact with someone that they for whatever reason don't click with. Retirement living simply doesn't get any better than this!

My mom just moved into Pacifica. It has been a great experience, from help getting thru the process with Marks help, to care coordination by Lacey, to nursing, and all the wonderful people assisting with my moms care. I highly recommend this facility.

Mark is a very friendly man who really enjoys his work, and is always checking in on any possible new residents before they move in. He always makes everyone feel welcome at Pacifica whether you are a resident or not!

Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls was a nice place. They didn't have rooms on the ground floor nor a beautician to do hair. Other than that, it looks nice and the rooms were good. They have studios and one-bedroom apartments which were fairly large, the studios were very nice and the refrigerators were big. The prices were a little too high for me. The staff who showed us around was very nice. It seems like a well-run place.
