When visiting I found my grandmother to be uncared-for and unchanged from the night before at 1 in the afternoon, including an adult diaper. I escalated this to the nursing director who failed to follow up.

My father has been in this facility 3 times over the past 6 or 7 years, with broken hip, knee surgery,
And stroke, and i can say that each time they have worked hard and provided excellent compassionate care, while he was there. I would recommend this place for anyone, especially if you have one of the above conditions.

The care was horrible. Every time I visited, I had to clean my mothers bedside commode. Rude care gingers. No one identified themselves. Biggest mistake my mother ever made was going there.
