I moved my mom because of the neglectful care she was not given. Two injuries went ignored. It took me getting her help. House dr promised me she’d check my mom. Dr went out of town instead. Staff leave meds on nightstand in rooms. I’ve witnessed so many times call lights go unanswered when staff are chatting instead. I heard a resident yelling help me and saw their call light was on I saw 2 aides walk right by that room. They ignored the resident. An LPN was in the DON position. There’s so much to complain about but I know it’s useless because after all the complaints and yes complaints made to state and it was substantiated but still issue go ignored. Do not send your loved ones here.

Hype Park Health Center is close to me. I visited this center for my husband. I have also been in there to see one of my church members. The facility was beautiful and clean. I didn't see any patients that seemed neglected and that was a plus for me. The admitting person was pretty informative and nice; however, when I inquired about their availability, they were filled up.
