I will have to admit, when I first visited my grandfather at the facility, I had terrible images running through my head. As I made my to the front door, I was greeted by a smiling face which instantly caused me to lower my guard! My grandfather was not always the easiest person to get along with, but after watching the way the staff catered to his every need, I was more than just taken back! They (the staff and nurses) really seemed to care. They even offered me dinner when I was there! I think another reason O'Brien Healthcare was so nice was due to the amount of windows they had! A lot of daylight could be seen and I think that helps ones mood when it comes to helping the ill.
