My aunt is a resident at Birchwood Suites.
Its a very warm caring place. Very charming, clean and they take great care of her. They treat her like their family!
The rooms are beautiful and very well decorated.

My sister decided to stay home, but I went to Birchwood Suites. It looked like a nice residence, but the rooms were very small. The staff was wonderful, and very nice. However, they had very low couches which would be difficult for someone getting up, and I was disappointed in that. I'm a tall person with hip problems, and it would be difficult to sit in those surroundings.

I went on a tour. I’m looking for my aunt, who is not taking care of herself and needs meals and activity. The staff couldn’t be nicer - they were so warm and friendly and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I thought the place was more like a home. Which was nice coming from her own home. The residents that lived there were all interacting with each other during an activity and I got the feeling that they really enjoy living there. The price was very affordable too. It’s definitely different than the places that I visited before and I think it’s because it’s family-run, and I was told that they are very hands on, which is very important to me. I don’t want her getting lost in the crowd. I loved it and can’t wait to bring her in to see it.

Birchwood is in a beautiful community, pretty well-maintained, but more than what I would need at this time. The one independent living apartment just didn't look very inviting at all. The staff was wonderful, and it looked like the people there were treated wonderfully. The area is located conveniently halfway from both of my children. The staff was wonderful, they had plenty of staff to help with the feeding of residents, the doctors come to the facility, and it was well equipped. Everyone was extremely friendly, and they go out of their way to engage the residents.

Birchwood Suites was very pretty and very old but updated, and the landscaping was beautiful. It seemed like a really nice place but also like a hospital. The girl never got back to me, and I never heard that she went to visit my mother.

Birchwood Suites was a little run down, and I felt it was way too dark -- dark meaning there was no sunlight. It was a very dreary kind of atmosphere. I was given a very nice tour. I would probably would have considered it if they had the independent living apartment available. They were not able to take me to the independent living apartment. The scenery outside was beautiful, but inside it was dreary. It needed refresher.

We chose Birchwood Suites for my mom because of price, convenience, and cleanliness. The staff is very attentive, and we don’t have any complaints. The food is fine. I would recommend this facility.

Beautiful location and facilities. Shared bathroom and showers which would make my parents uncomfortable. If it was a private bathroom then I would have chosen it for my folks.

Absolutely beautiful! My mom is a resident in Birchwood and I am their biggest fan. Not only are the grounds and facilities beautiful, the care is incredible. Mom had a few unique issues and Avi and his staff were more than welcoming to us. This is moms 3rd Assisted Living (she was in some of the "bigger" and "nicer" but was never happy, now she is so happy and satisfied when I see her. I have only the greatest things to say about Birchwood and have already recommended it to 2 family friends.
