Waterview Center is nice. It's not a bad place to be. The only thing I don't like is on account of this virus they're not letting anybody out of their room. You can't go outside. I just feel confined being in my room. That's the only thing that I don't like, but I know why they're doing it, and I don't have a problem with it. The nurses and aides are all very wonderful. I don't really have a problem with that. It's just that sitting in this room day after day sometimes gets to me. I'm in a single room by myself, which I'm glad of, and it's enough for me for now. I can't complain about that, either. It's like a studio; there is no stove and no refrigerator. I've been depending on them for food. I have a TV, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a bathroom, and a closet. When I came here, they stopped the activities. The only thing that I was told was they had somebody come who played the piano, and if anybody wanted to sing along, they could. I know there were more activities besides that, but they had already stopped before I came here. They have a beauty salon, but they're not cutting anybody's hair now. They have a patio outside where you can sit, but they're not really bringing anybody outside to sit on the patio as far as I know. The staff is wonderful. I can't complain about the staff, either. It's a very nice facility. The building is very pretty on the outside. I'm kind of fussy with the food. There are some foods that I don't like how they make it, but that's not their fault, it's just me. I haven't done any activities aside from physical therapy.

Waterview Center is fine. I have no complaints, and I found it to be a good place for my aunt. They have all kinds of activities, the staff is very helpful, very kind, and very supportive. Her room is nice, a nice size, and she's in a room by herself. They have an exercise room, and a library. It was nice and clean, the staff was pleasant, and I have had no problems.
