This place is one of the poorest run facilities I have ever seen. Staff is rude to residents, treats them with no respect or dignity. Yelling at them. Poor living conditions, Residents not being cleaned and cared for. Phones not being answered when trying to reach residents. Just heartbreaking to see what these folks are out through daily.....

This is such a depressing and poorly-run place. Doctor's appointments are missed due to lack of coordination between the nursing staff and transportation, there are always patients in their wheelchairs sitting around the nurses stations and there's a lack of respect & compassion. My brother-in-law's laundry was thrown into his closet, unfolded, along with several items belonging to someone else. Medicaid payed an unbelievable amount of money every month to Maple Grove for my brother-in-law's care. Maple Grove could do so much better. Thank God he's in a much nicer facility now.

I live very close to Greensboro, so it's convenient for me to visit mom more often at Maple Grove. Most of my family live in the area. She has been there since late June. The place is comparable as far as the staff, their facility, and services. Maple Grove is one of the only two places that was available to take her when she left the hospital. So we chose the one that seems to be the best. However, like so many places they're understaffed. But the staff seems to be very caring and I feel like they are taking good care of my mother. Currently, I would say it's clean but it's not spacious. They moved her in a very small room, and there's another resident in there. So it's really not a very good accommodation. They do have activities for the residents.

This healthcare facility is sub par. They treat their patients like animals, and often have no idea why we are there, even though their patients could be in their rooms dying. They have no compassion, and it often takes ten or fifteen minutes for us to recieve the patients paperwork after we arive. The facility is dirty and run down, and patients are cramped and have no personal space. I have noticed a number of bed sores, as well as soiled linens and full bed pans. This facility changes names frequiently to avoid legal trouble and to avoid lawsuits. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this facility, much less someone I love and care about. The staff is below standard and have no working knowledge of common medical knowledge or how to treat sick or injured patients. They seem more interested in sitting around chatting than taking care of an extremly sick patient, which is why we are called on a daily basis for things that the staff could handle on their own, if they cared enough to.

This facility is top notch especially if you are here for short stay (less than 6 months). The staff is definitely knowledgeable and the patients are some of the nicest people you can ever meet. It is almost like Mayberry where everyone knows your name (or at least wants to) .
The grounds and the facility itself is magnificent. Not a thing out of place and not a shred of dirt on the carpets. The staff keep this place in very clean condition.
They have tier systems and plenty of activities for the guests to play along with and a mean system that could probably mimic Outback. This is one facility that deserves plenty of respect and I believe because it has been earned. I saw nothing out of the ordinary at all.
