I would say that this facility makes an effort to ensure that every resident is treated with dignity and respect. With that being said, it is very much like any other facility in that there are few staff members when compared to the number of residents. The staff at this facility are caring and take special care to ensure that every resident receives the supervision and care which they require. While no one enjoys living in a nursing home, I would recommend this facility to a loved one should they require staying in a facility of this type. The staff at this facility provides opportunities for activities and events to entertain residents and keep them engaged which I believe is exceptionally important to the well being of the elderly adult. The residents have the opportunity to conduct therapy, rehabilitation, and be engaged by other residents and staff who appear to genuinely care about the residents. Again, the only complaint or concern that I have with this facility is the idea that there are few nurses and techs as compared to the number of residents, but I have never seen this adversely effect someones outcome.
