When my mother first went here it was a good facility the last 2 years it tanked. Medicine isn't given correctly. It took me calling state to get heat fixed in her room. The revolving door of employees leaving because they are treated badly by other employees is ridiculous. My mothers script for pain was not filled and she ran out noon the day before. I had to call and get it done. I had to have a pharmacy stay open late and deliver it. (thank you so much summer's pharmacy) I am tired of the obvious lies told by staff. I am once again calling g state. I am going to be working on getting her moved. Don't leave you loved ones in the care of these people. Very few of them care for the residents

My grandmother chose to come to this assisted living / nursing home facility after learning that her dialysis could no longer be performed and that she had at most a month to live. She was treated with respect and caring by the friendly staff. The staff at this facility knew what we were going through and offered us support and tried to make us feel at home. I am very pleased with the care that was provided for my grandmother. She was in this facility from May 2011 until her passing in June of that same year. Not once did I hear her say a negative thing about the care she received or the living environment or anything else for that matter. If anyone I knew was searching for a quality and friendly nursing home and assisted living facility I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the folks at Lakeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Boonville Missouri.
