This facility is so understaffed that they can not give proper care to the residents. Food is served cold as well as the coffee. It comes hours late from what the schedule says. Medications are frequently not given correctly ( wrong pills ) they took away the lifelines that is needed in case they need help when they fall, because they were told that the staff does not have time to respond to them kind of calls!!!!! When calls are made to the front desk, they are rarely answered. I would say that it is time for a shake up at this place!

My brother has been a resident for nearly a year. He became a quadriplegic about 18 months ago and pays more due to the level of his cares. Apartments are roomy and very attractive with large closets. Each apartment has their own washer and dryer, etc. Despite considerable staff turnover, typical of care facilities, a vast majority have been excellent. Food is good. There are no church services, but a weekly Bible Study. My brother chooses not to participate in other activities, some he is unable to do (walking).

Inver Grove Heights White Pine was very nice. It was different because when you walk into the building, you're in the dining room area right away which was connected to the activity center; I didn't like that. It didn't seem like they had many places for residents to go. They only had 20 residents, so it was a smaller community, and the rooms were smaller than the previous one that we went to.

they need more help with the patients. they need to improve food and do more activities for them. the aids get 4 stars. management a negative 4. the facility get get 4 stars. it could be the best place but the treat the staff poor so there is major turn over.

I visited Inver Grove Heights and have nothing bad to say about this place, except that they have a high turnover and low nurses-to-patient ratio. Other than that, it was great.

We visited Inver Grove Heights White Pine Senior Living. I like it. The inside was very nice. It felt like you’re at home when you walk in. Everybody was very friendly, and helpful. They just made you feel like you’re part of the family. They’re just right there. They’re very helpful, and friendly. The dining area was nice. They have walking trails, and shopping stores. I could take my service dog, and go for walks.

I hate this place. As a matter of fact, I am going to look at a different place to be for my parents. I don't like anything about the place, and it is not the staff's fault. They have lousy food, and their caregivers do everything from cleaning toilets to handing out medication to serving meals, all in the same clothing. They don't have a separate cleaning crew, med crew, or dining crew; they all do everything, and I don't like it. The other thing is that it is simply this particular White Pine. There are others in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area that are different. I have been to them, and they are a different league; they are better, and I don't know why this one is so horrible. I asked for a copy of their menu, and one of the residents said, "Oh, like they bother to show us that." There is nothing. You can't find anybody. There is no personal touch at all. I am getting them out of there.
