My dad is at Hampton Meadows. The good thing about them is that they're very flexible with pricing and that kind of thing. We're able to negotiate on the price, which is nice of them to do. The bad thing is that they said they could handle people who are a fall risk, but they really cannot at all. They have one person overnight for 15 people, so I would say they're way understaffed, and a lot of times the staff are not very engaging with the people there. They're not interacting with or helping the patients. It seems like they do pretty much the bare minimum that they can get away with, so that has been frustrating despite people asking for help. They could improve by getting more staff in there. Some staff members are very nice and helpful. Others were just sitting around watching TV or playing on their phones. They just kind of make the residents sit and watch TV, and they get upset if they try and do anything else. I think the food is one of their bright sides. It wasn't anything fancy, but I think my dad likes all the food. They have no activities. It's like an old house with a kind of narrow hallways to get through. It's not bad, but it's just kind of old and small. It hasn't been a great experience, but it is on the more affordable end of the spectrum.

Hampton Meadows if fabulous. The facility is warm and friendly. When I arrived for the tour the residents were playing Bingo and having a great time. The only reason I didn't pick Hampton Meadows is because the location was too far for the rest of my family to visit.

Hampton Meadows should be closed. The residents' bedrooms were not straightened up, and their beds were not made. There was a smell of urine, and the aides yelled at a person two times. The person I talked to was just OK.

Hampton Meadows is very nice. The people that worked there are incredibly lovely and passionate about taking care of the patients. They have a very lovely dining room that makes homemade meals. It was comfortable and engaging. They also had activities and transportation for excursions and shopping, but there was no private room available. We just really felt strongly that my mother-in-law would not transition well through a shared room. They had a companion in the room. It just wasn't the right fit for here, but it is a very nice place.
