About This Community
Assisted Living at Hawkins Gate LLC was established in 2011 as an alternative to large institutionalized facilities. Our main focus is on promoting health and wellness by providing person-centered care and service in a comfortable, home environment. We believe a smaller environment is better when providing care and service.
Our home has 5 residents allowing us to provide each person with the individualized attention they deserve. We are able to care for individuals with a variety of health needs including individuals with mild to moderate dementia.
