Brightview Fallsgrove was one of the top two places on my list. It was a great place, with great people, and in a great location. There were a variety of floor plans. I liked it very much. The staff was adequate. I think there was some miscommunication. The person that was supposed to give us a tour wasn't there, so somebody else filled in. We saw several rooms that were studios. I wasn't interested in that, but they showed me the ones that had separate living rooms. The activities were great. They have a salon and a spa. It was nice. I wouldn't mind living there.

We're very happy with Brightview Fallsgrove assisted living. The staff is very responsive and good. If my mom needs someone in the middle of the night, they show up in a couple of minutes. She also seems to like the food. The place isnt institutional and it looks more like a hotel. The elevators work and they have nice rooms. The dining room is pleasant and it's well-kept. They have a lot of activities.

Brightview Fallsgrove is nice and smaller than its sister community that we picked. The residents were having an ice cream social during our visit. Their facilities were very nice, and the rooms were a nice size. They had a salon, a café, organized classes, bingo, exercise classes, and mind games. The residents were a little older, and I didnt see them interacting.

Brightview is very nice, clean, and very pleasant when you walk in. My mother-in-law moved in on Monday. All of the staff members have been very pleasant, very helpful, and trying to help her get oriented to the building and environment. They make sure she participates in the activities and gets to know some of the other residents. It's been a fairly smooth transition, and she's been very happy with the food.
