About This Community

It is our mission to change the face of eldercare by bringing together compassionate people and giving them the tools and power to make a difference in the lives of elders.

The term Assisted Living means a community with staff trained to assist individuals with the activities of daily life. This includes eating, bathing and hygiene assistance, medication administration, laundry, and housekeeping. Oftentimes an individual who chooses assisted living is one who is leaving a rehabilitation center after surgery or health event and unable to go home, or is finding it increasingly difficult or unsafe to live at home alone.

Individuals who live at Arcadia are referred to as “residents” not “patients” or “guests”. Arcadia is their home.

Arcadia provides:

  • 3 home-cooked meals each day, plus snacks and beverages

Mary
I visited Arcadia of Denton. It's very clean outside. The lawns were done, the flower beds were nice, and the building was nice. The only thing I didn't like is they only had a few private rooms. The people were awesome, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and answered all my questions. They offered us some drinks. I did not check the menu, but they told me about it. It was still in Covid, so they were limited on what we could do. They watch movies. They have somebody come in and play music. They do crafts. The rooms were very clean and very taken care of.
