The Reserve at East Longmeadow was absolutely beautiful, we toured both the memory care unit and the regular assisted living facility. There was a woman there by the name of Kayla who was very, very friendly. It was clean, it was vibrant, and it had a lot of lighting, it was very nice. The dining area looked nice, although I didn't try their food. When we walked through, they were doing bingo in the memory unit, and they also had all sorts of different functions going on at the same time in different parts of it. So I was very impressed by that.

The Reserve at East Longmeadow was very nice, very clean, and neat. The staff was professional, and everything was in place. There was plenty of things for people to do such as arts and crafts, puzzles, church services, and movie nights. The activities were pretty well-rounded. The rooms were also clean and well-cared for. They had a community room, activities rooms, a nice dining room, and a beautiful foyer.

I toured The Reserve at East Longmeadow. I like the place, it's very nice. We did not go with them because there's no difference between independent and assisted living, it's the same price. They have a nice new building. It's very well kept, it's in great shape. The staff who gave me the tour was very good.
They seem to have about the same services as everyone else, a lot of everything. They have exercise classes, arts and crafts, social trips, barber shops, that kind of stuff. The dining area is very nice, it was very well designed. The facility seems very private and quiet.

I like everything about The Reserve at East Longmeadow. I can't say anything wrong about it. We didn't see and deal with the staff except for the woman that brought us around, and she was great. The amenities were average with just about everyone else we checked out. They have a salon, they have exercise facilities, and they have programs. I would say they're good. We haven't decided on it yet, but if we were, it's a good location. It's within half an hour from our house. It was very clean. The spots that we saw were very clean.

It was very good. They were all very nice. It's a nice and clean environment. It's in a nice suburban area. It has a nice atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable, and they were good. I was there during lunch; the dining area was very nice.

What I liked about The Reserve at East Longmeadow is that it's close to my friend's family, it's very clean and they have attentive staffing. I went to see assisted living and they also have memory care. I looked at the menu and the food they offer is comparable to any place else. My friend is a very fussy eater, so that's the only thing we are concerned about. She doesn't eat a whole lot of variety but they would cater to what she needed. I think the staff was kind, patient and they took their time and acknowledged her.

The Reserve at East Longmeadow was great. When you walk in, they have a big area where people can meet. The dining room was excellent. They had 3 floors I believe, and the staff was great. It was clean.
I visited all the rooms they're offering. I had chosen an apartment already (that's how much I liked it), but it was too far away and expensive. I saw some people eating. They brought me into the activities room; it looked like they had a lot of things to do. My mother will be on the second floor. She'll have to navigate the elevator. She will have to come down from her apartment to go to the small elevator and go down to the first floor to eat.

Reserve at East Longmeadow was very nice. I toured the whole building and was able to visit both the assisted living and memory care. The staff member went into what they do. The person said that all the people are interactive, and the staff works with the residents. They have their own little apartments. If you want a roommate, you can have that option.
Each floor has its own set of activities to do. The first floor is more memory care, while the second floor is more assisted living. I really thought it was good. They can go outside too. On the third floor, they got two or three tables and a staff person was there with them. Some of them were on computers, which was very surprising for me. Some were doing stress ball therapy, and others were doing little paintings or drawings.
The rooms were great. They were bigger than a regular room in a home. You can bring whatever you have or whatever you want. There's a small living room, bedroom, and a little kitchenette. They also have a little cafeteria-like setting on the first floor, where they serve food. The person who toured me was great. They were very friendly and very accommodating. I'm in a wheelchair, and they held the door for me. They were really good.

I recommend The Reserve at East Longmeadow for Assisted Living based on my 95½ year old father’s and my positive experiences.
The Reserve is a caring community and residents become your neighbors. Staff members across the board are warm and caring including life enrichment/ activities, nursing/nursing assistants, kitchen/dining services, environmental services and maintenance front desk and administration.
The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. The food is excellent and prepared by a Chef with local restaurant experience and his team! My father enjoys the activities including musical performances, presentations, and the weekly Happy Hour get-together complete with wine and snacks. There are holiday celebrations - think of happy hour for St. Patrick's Day, a costume party for Halloween, etc. He calls The Reserve his "Garden of Eden"!
My father benefits from having weekly housekeeping and laundry services, and support for his dietary needs including for example, a low sodium salad dressing prepared on-site. There is an on-site beauty/barber shop, and options for other on-site services including a nurse-run foot care service which makes life easier for him and for me.

The Reserve at East Longmeadow was way too much for my parents because they live in a very small house and I think they would do better in a much smaller type of assisted living place. The Reserve had great outdoor space and a lot to offer, but I think at 88 and 84, my parents are way too frail to get to all the activities. My aunt and I would love to live there, and although it would not be a good fit for my parents, it's a really nice facility. It was a beautiful place and it would be wonderful for someone more active, or a senior who's young at heart. The rooms were extremely small, but the areas outside of it more than make up for it. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and I liked it. Every Friday they have happy hour for family and clients.

The Reserve at East Longmeadow was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were beautiful, bright, sunny, and clean. The common area was stunning and welcoming. It had exposed wood beams and a fireplace. I loved it. They had everything you could imagine. My mom loves bridge, and they had that and everything that she would be interested in.

95 year old mother in-law with broken humerus was struck by elevator door while being escorted by cna when going to dinner on 3/24/2018. Now has to be transported to Bay State Hospital. Mother in-law pays out of pocket for this care. Has only been there a week and and half.

My mother is in The Reserve, and so far, it's been very good. The service was irregular in the dining area when I was there because some of the staff were on vacation, but for the most part, it's been great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. She has her own studio apartment, they have activities from morning until the evening, and my mom liked the exercise program. The food is excellent and the choices are good.

My mom is now at this community. They do have many activities for the people that live there, and they encourage the relatives to go as well. The transition was great. My mother didn’t have any problems with going from her home to her facility. The staff onsite has been wonderful. They have taken good care of her and really treated her as if she was their mom. It is a very clean facility. We’re very happy with the selection that we made. The room is actually pretty good size and everything is in close proximity. The bathroom is right off the bedroom; it is literally five steps to the bathroom. Everything is very compact but it gives my mother enough room. My mother loves the food too. We have been there for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and they have all been wonderful. The dining room area is set up to accommodate people at tables of four and there are a couple of large tables that accommodate six to eight people. The staff is very caring. I would not hesitate to recommend this community.

My mom is at this community. We chose it because it's brand new, and we wanted her to be in a new facility. So far the facility is wonderful place. The staff is very good, and they give immediate phone calls. They are very attentive, and everybody is with her 24 hours a day. I have also eaten there, and so far it has been all good. For her and for us, so far, it has been a wonderful experience.

The tour at this community was good and informative. The facility is brand new. The impression I got was that they are just starting up as there wasn’t too many people there. There are only very few people in the hallways. They showed me all the places, the different rooms they had, and the different size rooms. They served three meals a day, and the rooms are larger.

This community was very nice and well appointed. I thought the rooms were small. It had a single bed, a decorator did the furniture, but you had a similar look like it only had a certain table and a certain chair. The main dining room was beautiful. They said they tailored the meals to the individual residents and covered three meals a day. They had movie theater, hair salon and computers. The staff was very friendly, nice and accommodating. I thought they need to have a room service or at least had a company there they could refer you to give refreshments.
