We visited Traditions of Dedham and we liked it. The caregivers were very personable. The people that live there seemed very happy. There were a lot of activities. The food looked really good, and they seemed to be happy with that. It was clean. They have like art classes, they have a small library, and they have like physical activity type classes, and I saw one of those. They have like little happy hours, and they have trips that they take them on with a van. They have bingo, game night, and movie nights. Every day, they have something. They have a schedule and a calendar with at least one thing every day. They gave us some cookies that the chef had made and those were pretty good.

We went with Traditions at Dedham. The first thing I liked was the fact that my mother actually could do assisted living, and my father would be in the dementia ward. It had both accommodations. They do have memory classes and exercise classes. They also take them out twice a week. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it is a wonderful facility. We wouldn’t have made that decision if it wasn’t like that.
