We looked at Springhouse Senior Living. It was a lovely facility, and the tour was given by a very experienced person in the field. She did a nice job of explaining what they offered. She helped us see the various levels of care that they offer. She helped us locate our requests in the spectrum of facilities that are out there.
It was clean and up-to-date. Now that I've seen a bunch of places, I would say that Spring House has high-quality finishes. The size of the rooms was decent. Nothing would fit the bill of being spacious, but they were a good size. It was a home where the residents are a group of professionals for the most part. They had a lovely library. They had good trips they took people on, and they had a good array of activities.

We chose Springhouse for Mom because it's very close to our home, and the people were very nice. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. It would be a good fit for her. The staff was very pleasant. There's a library, an exercise room, and a dining room. She will have an efficiency. The food looked good.

I am very happy at Springhouse. Everything is just perfect, so I'll be here for a while. I had very good recommendations with this facility that is why I chose it. It is very close to my home -- just within 10 minutes -- so my relatives could be close to me. The staff are caring, warm, and intelligent. They are also very sensitive to my needs. As far as the physical plan, it is very luxurious and very immaculately clean. They hire the best staff, and I don’t have any complaints about them. The top management is excellent.

Staff is friendly and caring. Place is very clean. Staff has long tenue. Also its a non profit.
