The Branches is a beautiful facility, many areas for socialization or quiet time. The outdoor area has safe and comfortable places for walking, sitting and visiting. The staff is exceptional. The nurses and home health aids are so caring and attentive. My mom was resistant to moving but after some time she decided to stay permanently. She has made many friends and enjoys the socialization, which was missing in the home environment. My mom enjoys the communal dining, movie night and live music. It is very helpful to have transportation to and from medical appointments since my mom is wheelchair dependent. Most assisted living facilities do not provide the level of care that our Mom requires, The Branches has exceeded our expectations. Our family is very happy with all the services and exceptional care provided to our Mom.

The Branches of North Attleboro was gorgeous. The people were nice. They have a lot of stuff for them to do. The rooms were beautiful. I'd sell my own house to move in there if I could. They have a nice dining room. They have everything that my mother-in-law would need. I would recommend it. They have a structured schedule of activities which is good for them. We saw some things going on and the residents seemed to be having a good time and enjoying everything. I think it would be good for my mother-in-law because she's on the quiet side, so I think they would pull her into it. They have a hair salon right in there, and they take them places. It's the perfect place for her. I had questions written down to ask them, but they had answered them all before I even asked. They covered everything well for me. The staff was really friendly, especially the two that gave us the tour. We met a few janitors and someone who was doing the activities in the room, and she was very enthusiastic with the people there. Everybody we met was great. The facility looked brand new.

My mother-in-law has moved into The Branches of North Attleboro. It's beautiful, she loves it more than the last assisted living facility she was in. She said the food there is better. The staff that she deals with is very helpful, and very aware of her needs, and assisting. The bureaus are built right into the wall, so she didn't bring one. She can bring a bed, but we didn't have to bring it because they put her in the hospital bed. The bathroom is very elderly and handicapped-accessible. It's very open; it's an open plan, so there's plenty of room for them to move around. They had happy hour every day. They have between five and six different activities every day throughout the day. It makes everybody happy there. They have a cooking class that they all tend to do. They can have their nails done; they have a hair salon. They have a pianist come in and play music. They have a fitness area where they can do exercises. Usually, that's in the morning. The dining area is open. She's already met a friend where she has all her dinners with. They pair you up with somebody that you should get along with, like a buddy. It's beautiful, very good, and very well maintained. It's only been there for two years; it's a pretty brand-new facility, and it's very well kept. It's a little on the pricey side, it is an out-of-pocket facility. They don't accept state assistance or anything like that, Medicaid, or Medicare or whatever.

I went to The Branches of North Attleboro. I saw the dining area. It's very open, they have four-seat tables, and six-seat tables. They were all situated six feet apart, and there's a big deck with a very nice view out in back. There are flowers and trees in the back; it's beautiful.

We chose the Branches of North Attleboro for my mother. Everything was brand new and state of the art. The staff was very informative, very welcoming, and accommodating. They have nice amenities, a lot of the residents were out and about, and they were interacting with each other. They have a very social-based program, and it has the most sense of community out of all the places we looked out. They have nice, brand-new outdoor areas. We saw the common area where they listen to music and have get togethers.

The Branches of North Attleboro is relatively new so it looks new. One thing I didn’t like is that all of the rooms are off a shared area, so you have two bedrooms each on either side of a kitchenette. Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, but I find it rather unsanitary to share spaces with anyone, so I wasn't thrilled with that. The staff member who gave me the tour was lovely. The dining area looked very inviting. They have a host of activities like bingo, yoga, tai chi, dancing, card games, and artwork. It had a community feeling.

The Branches of North Attleboro was very interesting, but expensive. It's really based on community. The unit that I saw was a tiny vestibule that had a little kitchenette available, and you could either go left or right into the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a possibility of having two twin beds or a double bed. If you put in twin beds, you hardly have room for a chair, so it's that small, and the room for your clothes is also extremely small. The place is beautiful though, and it's like staying at a big fancy resort where you get up in the morning, get dressed, and go out. There's a whole bank of computers you can use, and there's a huge chef's kitchen where you can have a party or do your own cooking. The restaurants are beautiful and they have a snack bar that serves nutritious food and it's open all day. They also have happy hour. You can have a dog. When you come to the end of your money and if they have availability, they are supposed to be able to give two rooms to people who run out of money. You don't have to move to another unit and whatever you're living in will be the one you're going to be staying in. It really seemed to be a remarkable place. The people I met were knowledgeable, friendly, and had time for you. I spoke to the nurse about things and she was just happy to talk to me, and the tour person was wonderful, and answered all my questions. It's on a very busy street, but they've carved out a nice little place in spite of that fact that feels calm, and you don't even realize that traffic is going by because of their landscaping and the way their building is set back. They have free transportation to doctors' offices and they'll take you anywhere within 15 miles.

Everything at The Branches of North Attleboro was nice. It was brand new but a little further out for Mom's friends. They had a common room for social events and happy hour and a big family dining room for family gatherings. The place was very clean, and the staff was very nice. I really liked the rooms because the bureaus and shelves were built-in, so you'll just have to bring a chair and a bed. There was a common area that you'd have to share with a roommate but the bedrooms and bathrooms were separate. I really liked the woman that I talked to.
