My father is in Wingate Residences at Haverhill. We're gonna try it out for 30 days and see what happens from there. If he wants to stay, we'll let him stay there. He just got in there a couple of days ago. He's staying in an apartment unit. It's a new facility, which is a big white building in the back. They're very pleasant and very helpful. It's a nice, quiet community, plus they have a lot of activities for them. They haven't started yet. They have therapy, which is good. They put his medications in packets for him, so he won't forget. They're supposed to give him delicious food. He has an outdoor area, and it's beautiful. He uses a wheelchair and he can go out there, sit, and enjoy the fresh air. I hope he decides to stay there. I eat with him if I want to and I pay per plate. He likes the food. It's gorgeous inside. It's beautiful. There's an activity director, but I don't know what activities they have for them. I'm sure they'll keep them occupied. The price is really not bad; every place is expensive.
