I was in for rehab services... my PT's and OT's were great, always pushed me to do more....nurses and aides were pleasant and helpful...mostly impressed with few aids that went far and beyond to help out and always stayed cheerful.
Had to ask few times to get the room swept/mopped because it was not cleaned daily, only restroom was wiped down daily.
Food was horrible, cold, portions small which are ok for seniors but I was middle aged female that was always hungry.

Presscott House had a very high state rating. I think it's a very good facility. It's clean, orderly, well-managed, and they communicate well about my brother-in-law's status. The staff is very good. My brother-in-law shares a room with another resident. It's a locked Alzheimer's unit, but he's happy there. He said he enjoys the food. I think it's very well-run. I don't have any complaints.
