Harrison's Crossing Health Campus was too hospital-like, but the staff was friendly. The community and the rooms were very clean. The hospital atmosphere drove me away from it. The dining area was average. There wasn't anything spectacular about it, but it was very modern.

The facility is beautiful and the daytime staff just great. The evening staff has been sullen, argumentative, and remote to me, a visitor. My mother hates being there, says she would never return.

We moved our mom from here after she was provided extremely poor care. She ended up with a terrible infection in her surgical site because the dressing was not changed for several days. When we brought this to their attention it was excuse after excuse. Our orthopedic surgeon said he will never send another patient there after the shape she was in. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I love the staff at Harrison’s Crossing. They are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I like the food; they’ve got a main course, and if you don’t like that, they’ve got a side menu; there are several 25 things you can order on the side menu. They go out to eat once a week, and they go shopping once a week. We went on an overnight trip a couple of months ago, and the place paid for us; we paid nothing.
