Karcher Estates is situated in a desirable location near the Karcher Mall right off of Caldwell Blvd. We have full kitchens in our spacious independent living, 6 levels of care in our assisted living, respite care at any level, post-acute rehabilitation or long term skilled care.

We were quite impressed with Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were able to ascertain what was available. The rooms that we saw were very adequate. The living atmosphere was fine. We talked to some of the residents and they seemed to be very happy. They pointed out some things to us that they were happy with and enjoyed. The dining area was spacious and inviting. There was a good indoor/outdoor relationship there. They had flowers on the table, and it was just very lovely.

We went to Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates The facility there is older, but very well kept up, and the rooms are fairly large. There were several double room suites. Probably the nicest of any that we had seen in any of the other places, but it was two stories. The units were on the second floor and the first floor. The staff was very enthusiastic and bubbly. She did a nice job of showing us the units and describing their program. The food was excellent. We just had one lunch there, and that was good. They had computer areas, they had an exercise room with machines, and they also had a games room. It's very well supplied. The atmosphere was good. They were very attentive to the residents. As we were touring one suite, the resident fell and bumped her head and the person that was conducting the tour had someone there immediately to help. It was very expensive.

My parents will be moving into Karcher Estates. The tour was great. There was information that we were looking for, and it was clean. We chose it because it's close to home, so family and friends can come and see them. The staff was great answering questions. They have lots of activities. They play games and they do crafts, which my mother will be happy with because she likes to do that.

I was very impressed with Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates, especially with the woman I talked to. She was really good, and I was very impressed by her. She sells the place well. We only saw one room, but it was great, and I would have chosen this place for my husband if he was ready. It was an apartment type with a living room, a kitchen, and one bedroom. It's old but it's been kept up.

We had a great tour of Karcher Estates. We liked the gal that we talked to, Carla, she was great. It was a good experience. The available apartments were both clean and would be acceptable as far as our dad living there. They were nice, and Carla was very connected to all the residents that were out and about. Even though we were there to do the tour, she acknowledged each person, and if they came up to her, she took the time to speak to them and be friendly with them. That's a lot to me as far as the fact that they just were not invisible. She knew a lot about each one as far as what their likes were. So, that told us a lot.
Their menu looked very substantial. They still have the plexiglass up on the tables and it looked like they had just two people per table right now. We were wanting our dad to have as much social stimulation as possible, and that could change. We realized that COVID has played a big part in that.

Our visit at Karcher Estates was fine. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the atmosphere that we wanted for my mom. It's an older building so there isn't much really that they can do, though they're doing the best they can when it comes to cleaning and stuff. We only met the administrator and didn't meet some of the staff. The part of the community that we saw was clean.

Terrible care. They don’t seem to care in the least. All about the paycheck with this company. If you love them... keep looking for a place that will treat them with care, empathy, dignity, and respect. Karcher Estates embodies none of these attributes.

We visited the independent and assisted living of Karcher Estates. It was beautiful. I did not think it would be a positive experience, but it ended up being 3,000 times better than what I thought. They did an absolutely fantastic job. There offer therapy, have a walking path, tours and outings for them, a pool hall, and the library there is absolutely fantastic. I like the way the residents greeted us. They were all very friendly. The facilities looked great. The laundry room was great.
