The walkthrough at Westhill Newnan Crossing was fine. My father has a catheter currently, and they would not take him for that reason, but the facility was amazing and brand new. It was like being at a resort. The staff during the tour was very nice and very good. They showed me a studio apartment, but there's a variety of rooms there. They had a courtyard, a pool, a hot tub, and screened-in porches on every level. They had a music room.

We chose Westhill Newnan Crossing for my dad because it was available immediately, and it was a very nice facility. It was the nicest one we toured. I think the facility looks like a cruise ship. They worked with me on what I needed to move him in there from a financial perspective right away. They serve diverse meals, and my Dad is very happy.

My father-in-law moved in at Westhill Newnan Crossing a week ago. We chose it because they have a lot of activities and they welcomed him to join them for different activities like Oktoberfest. They had a happy hour, and they were more than happy to invite him to join even though he hasn't signed a contract yet. He got to meet a lot of residents and all of them were nice to him. The residents were also very happy there and he felt like he had made friends before he had even signed the contract. It is a very nice place and I would recommend it. It is decorated in a very welcoming way. It is very clean and spacious and very nicely appointed. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. This was our first experience trying to find a senior living and they were very helpful. I was in contact with them a few times and they were more than happy to answer my questions. I had dinner there one time when we were touring and it was very good. You sit down and you get to choose from the menu, and then they bring the food out to you. They have a daily special too, in addition to their full menu.

Watercrest Newnan was lovely. It's brand new and was first class all the way. The staff was very kind and very informative. It had a pool and lots of things for my great grandchildren to do if they came to visit, like a place for them to play. It had a lot to offer, but it just costs more.
