We go beyond clinical care. We train and adapt our care associates behavior to our residents needs. We create neighborhood environments where no one is left behind.

My father will be moving into Insignia of Newnan. It's very family oriented. It's clean, and it was just very good. The staff during the tour did an excellent job. We chose a private room, and it has a closet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There were a lot of people as you walk in. To the left is a game room area. The residents were all sitting around, and there were multiple wheelchairs in there. They were playing some game at one point. It was nice to see them out. There is a barber beauty shop and a front porch with rocking chairs, but no courtyard.

Insignia of Newnan seemed like an older place, and it was a further drive for me. I just didn't feel like it was a good fit for me. It seemed like it was more intense long-term care, and it was rehab-type things. A lot of the people looked like they were elderly and needed a lot of care. I didn't spend a whole lot of time there. I just did the tours and saw the facilities. I knew my wife's likes and dislikes, and I just didn't think she would be really comfortable there. I saw the short-term rooms. It has been there for a long time, and it was pretty basic. For a short term, it wasn't very cheerful, and it was right next to the train tracks, too. The staff seemed to be very caring, and they've been there a long time, which is good because there's such a big turnover in that industry. So it was good that they had been there for a long time, and they seemed to know their patients very well, which was nice. But since it was only going to be for a month, it wasn't going to suit our needs. For me, I was having surgery, and to have to drive back and forth there, would be more of an effort than I would want to do. It was just a lot further away than I wanted to go.

Our mother resided at Insignia for 18 months prior to her death. She was well cared for by the staff. The residents share on various activities such as games, bingo, church services, and singing. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. During the final week of our mothers life, staff would drop in the room and share memories of her with family. Staff member visited prior to her passing to check on her, hold her hand and tell their goodbyes. We could not have asked for better care.

My mother is in Insignia of Newnan. It's very clean and everybody is very nice. She's getting really good care there. Everybody's very kind to her. Her room is big enough for her needs. It's a small room, but she's bedridden, so she doesn't need a whole lot. She can't really go to any activities. They won't let me in because of the COVID. I have seen him watch TV when we were able to go in for just a little bit, but I haven't been in in a while because of the COVID. She hasn't been there that long. We've moved her since the COVID hit. They have a nice dining area. I know they are letting people go and eat in the dining room, but they have to stay apart, like sitting at separate tables right now. They have a huge front porch, and that's about all I've seen. They have a TV room that's really big, and they probably play games in there.

My brother is in Insignia of Newnan and it is a very nice place. He is doing good there so far. My brother had nice-sized servings for lunch when I went there. They had a lot of activities, like going places and shopping. He has a nice room, which is big enough for a TV, double bed, chairs, recliner, and bathroom. The staff was very nice and friendly. My brother seems to be satisfied there.

Insignia of Newnan is wonderful. It's a small facility, and it's all one level. It looks like a home or a house with a long porch across the front and rocking chairs sitting outside, so it has a very down home country appeal to it. Because it's a small community, they get the special attention that they need. We're just very pleased with it. It's very well-staffed, the staff is wonderful, and they're caring people. A lot of them have worked there for 10 or 15 years, and they're well-trained. The director is just absolutely wonderful, and her mother and father live there. They have a very good attention to detail, and we just couldn't be more pleased. My dad's room is a perfect square, and it's with a nice bathroom and shower; it's larger than what he had before, and the layout is better because there's no wasted space -- no kitchen sink or kitchenette. It's just very roomy, cozy, and homey. They provide 3 good meals and 2 snacks per day.

The care was good, the ability to get a response from the administrative team was not. Thank you to the caregivers that kept our Mom comfortable

My mother in law lived at this facility for 3 years before she passed away. The staff was amazing. My mother in law had lived at another facility for 6 months before we moved her to Savannah Court and we can't believe the difference. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful caring and loving spirit you all had.

We did visit Savannah Court of Newnan. It’s an older facility. The appointment was made, but the person did not know that we were coming. I don’t know why. Overall, it wasn’t a very satisfactory visit

I visited every available facility in the area and decided on Savannah Court for my mother based on several experiences. On my first drop-in visit the staff gave me a tour of the building and showed me various room styles. Several weeks later I received a follow-up phone call inviting me to bring my mom and family to a 4th of July cookout and celebration so that we could experience one of the many activities offered. We went to the event and we were treated respectfully and ate lunch with the residents. Several months later I received another phone call to let me know a room similar to what I wanted for my mom had become available. I went by to check things out and felt no pressure when the room didn't seem like the right fit. As mom became more difficult to care for at home we officially added her to the room waiting list. In November 2012, mom moved to Savannah Court. Since this time, I have been happy with the stability of the staff and the care mom has received. I know that most of the staff have taken a true interest in my mom and can tell me when she doesn't seem quite right or call to let me know if she needs something. Any minor issues have always been taken seriously and handled quickly. I will say that Savannah Court of Newnan is in an older building, but in many ways that is what makes it feel more like a home, not a care facility. Savannah Court was the ONLY facility in my area that was repeatedly recommended by friends, co-workers, and people in the community.

Savannah Court staff have been friendly, efficient, and professional from day one for my loved one. Many times they have gone above and beyond their duties to perform personal acts of kindness and keep me informed. It is a very difficult job with little thanks to attend the needs of adult patients with dementia and other physical and social needs. I have never seen any abusive behaviors or neglect. Patients are treated with dignity, and I appreciate that a great deal.

Facility is clean and pleasant with a happy and helpful staff. No matter how large or small our needs have been over the past two and a half years I have always been assisted with professional and personal care and concern.

I didn't like Savannah Court. It was old and sort of rundown looking, so I wasn't too pleased with that. I was not immediately welcome. The lady seemed hesitant to talk to me even if I had an appointment to take a tour of the place. The lady just wasn't ready for me, so that was disconcerting. We just decided not to go with them. The Alzheimer's unit itself was very depressing. The rooms were very dingy and dark. It didn't have a garden or anything where the people could get out and walk around. That disturbed me, because I've been to one that had a garden behind it, so the residents could go out and actually sit in sunshine.
