I was at Kentwood for rehabilitation from the end of November until the 24th of December of 2021. I plan on using Kentwood again this year when I have my left shoulder replace coming up at the end of November 2022. The staff was friendly and helpful and physical therapy was great.
The room was great. The room had a color T.V. little cabinet that you could hang some clothes in and restroom of your own. You also got to showers three times a week.

My mother is in Kentwood. I think it is OK and satisfactory. They have nurses and CNAs. She has a single room with a TV, refrigerator, bathtub, and shower. The food is average. They have activities for the group. They have bingo, but my mother really doesn't participate in that. The staff is satisfactory.

The entrance area of the facility was kept neat and free from trash. The patients seemed to be treated well, and were able to voice their opinion and get the appropriate help needed, from the staff.
There seemed to be adequate parking for the family members to visit.
The staff appeared knowledgeable, warm and caring with regards to the residents and their family members. The patients had their own private rooms with baths. The facility was quiet and the staff appeared to be respectful of the residents there, as well as the family members who visited.
The food appeared to be quite edible as well. I would highly recommend this facility.
