I toured The Phoenix at Tucker. The facility was clean and organized. The representatives that I talked with were very informative and professional. They had a variety of activities to keep your loved ones pretty busy and not just sitting. They had different types of activities. The guy that I met was very friendly. He was very informative and friendly. He was professional. The building was clean and well-maintained.

The Phoenix at Tucker seemed to be not as well managed. We don't like the layout of the rooms as well. It would have been a good choice because it's closest to our home, but we weren't as satisfied with it as we were with the other two facilities. The rooms were a little bit smaller. They had a nice garden in the back. They showed us a couple of rooms, and they had a variety of them.

The Phoenix at Tucker was very nice and newer. It was kept well and the staff was very friendly. They do bingo, they have a music program for the residents, and they have fitness and wellness classes. They offer a beauty salon and a library. The rooms were very nice with a pretty standard layout for an assisted living facility. Everything was taken care of very well.

We really liked and were impressed by The Phoenix at Tucker. It was a newer building, the residents that we happened to see there all seemed to be reactive and engaged. It was very clean, very open, and airy so it had a good feeling to it. The staff who gave the tour was very good. She actually walked us around and showed off the plac,e which was wonderful. She seemed to know not only the building but the rest of the staff and the residents. That was very impressive and encouraging. The facilities are all very good. They had a two-bedroom available to show us. The size of the room looked good and wasn't overly large but it was acceptable. As far as amenities, this one doesn't have a swimming pool. For the level of assisted that we're hoping for Mom, it was adequate and very appropriate.
