Most of the lower staff folks are great. But don’t get on the bad side of the director. Poorly run at the top.

Clean, quiet, well-maintained, a wonderful facility. Caring, attentive staff. Good food, too.

The place that my sister was before was King's Bridge, and it was very nice. You couldn't beat it. They served them everything. I thought they were excellent. The food was excellent. They took good care of her. The only reason I had her moved was to make her closer to me. They had things going on all the time. They took them out to places for ice cream or lunch. King's Bridge just couldn't be beaten. They were just excellent. The staff was good. They had recreations that they had planned for them to do every day. They play bingo and board games. They do manicures for them, and they had programs outside. They had volunteers come in and read to them. They had current events, and they tried to keep them occupied and using their minds as much as they could.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming to residents and their families. The amenities were nice and well-kept. The rooms were spacious and well taken care of. It truly felt like a warm, comforting home for my grandfather. There were numerous events for residents to socialize and get to know others. They allowed a pet with a fee, which was nice to keep my grandfather company during his stay. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. It felt like it was located in a safe area. There is a lot of parking and space for family and friends to visit. My grandfather felt independent and loved, not held back and depressed in this place. My grandfather had no complaints and enjoyed living safely there until his passing. I recommend this facility to any families looking for a nice retirement community for themselves or their loved ones. Please take a visit of this nice place and consider it for your new home!

I visited King's Bridge, a not-for-profit retirement home and community in Atlanta, Georgia, about 3 months ago while checking out potential housing for my grandmother. There are independent living, as well as assisted living facilities at this establishment, making it ideal for our particular situation. I could see how this would be a nice selling point for people who are doing research, such as myself. Included in the monthly cost of living is 3 meals a day, which they say are well-balanced, housekeeping services, and laundry services. The one bedrooms start at 625 sq ft, which isn't bad. The only thing I am a little concerned about is the price. The absolute smallest, single, one bedroom unit costs a whopping $3,550 per month! Personally, I can't afford to send my grandma to King's Bridge. It is however a very nice looking establishment. I cannot comment a great deal on the employees, however, since my interaction was actually pretty minimal. For some reason, they didn't seem too concerned about giving me information. I guess, since the most expensive room there is $5,100 per month, they can afford to be standoffish!
