About This Community
We genuinely care about each of our residents and that care fosters the enjoyment of life for them. It’s the everyday things that we are here to help with—reminders for medications, transportation to appointments and helping in dressing and personal care as well as other daily routines . It’s our pleasure to do these things and our residents can feel that in our care and are comforted by that.
Our residents are encouraged and supported in their desire to maintain their personal level of independence, and we assist them based on that. Our staff members are trained to help the transition both physically and emotionally with the transition from their former residence to their new home here. We are supportive and dedicated to our residents total well being as the family members who love them. Here at Gardens of Roswell we support a life…where everyday brings a smile.
The needs of a family member with Alzheimer’s or similar memory impairment are delicate and deserve additional assistance. Each day can be filled with joyous experiences even though memories may have faded. We are specially trained to understand each senior’s life history and through their memories help them construct a pleasant place to live day to day. In surroundings specifically designed with their safety and comfort in mind, we constantly engage those in our care and aim to stimulate each resident to participate in the events and small moments that make up an ordinary day.

My mother had Alzheimer's Decease for 17 years and was in two other assisted living facilities before I moved her to Gardens of Roswell. That was the best thing in those seventeen years I ever did. At the end of her life she would tell me all the time how much see loved Gardens of Roswell. She was always happy , clean (she never smelled as she did in the other facilities) and the her care was absolutely wonderful. Frances the RN could not do more than she did and the caregivers were my mother's angels right to the end of her life and I will be eternally thankful. Thank You Gardens of Roswell for all you did for my mother and myself for her final year.

This community is a desirable home away from home experience. It is a nice and small intimate community where you will find experienced, attentive, and welcoming staff. Some residents and staff alike have called this place home for over 5 years. I love its location! It's in a great area!

The Gardens of Roswell was lovely, but it was too far, and it was very small. They had maybe 30-something residents. It was cute, quaint, and small, but it was a little too small, and it didn’t really matter because it was too far. It took me an hour to get there. It seemed like they had a lot going on. They had a lot more men than women, which was interesting. The residents seemed happy there. I did eat lunch there. The lunch was excellent. The director was excellent too. She spent a long time with me. At this point, I don’t remember their calendar of events, but I know that they had a lot of things for the residents. It was in a lovely setting. It was a beautiful area, e.g., very green and lots of gardens. It was really pretty.

We selected Gardens of Roswell. It's a very nice place, and it has good staff. The staff was very communicative, and they always follow up with me. It comes with high recommendation.

My mom is at Gardens of Roswell. We like it because it is close. The price was better than the others that I had seen. The grounds are fine. The rooms are really nice. They have two different dining rooms: One where you can walk around and another where you're going to have to be wheel-chaired into. It is in the center of the building, and it looks just like an open area. Gardens of Roswell is a small facility. It is very homey. The staff is very wonderful; they're really are. The neighborhood where it's located at is upper middle class; it is very nice. They have a lot of activities. They're taking them to a luncheon tomorrow. They have joy rides. They have arts and crafts and sing-a-longs, and they have people perform. I think my mom is settling in. She needs to have a few more friends, but so far, so good.

I like that Gardens of Roswell was small and very homey. It's a one-floor, and it's not like a big facility. The people are very caring and very personal. They take time to talk with the patient. The rooms are private and big with two areas: a sitting area and a bedroom. It's exactly what we were looking for. My mother does not participate in any activities; she's too old. But I do know they have activities. I know they take bus trips sometimes, and they play games.

My mother was in this place for about two months! At first things seemed to be going very well as time went by I started to notice a change in my mother. I walked into her room and noticed her window was open and no screen was on the window and bugs got in and my mom had bites all over her! There were times when I walked in there,there was no caregiver around.They would just sit in front of the tv! let me mention that my mom has late stage dementia! My mother was hardly showered and was not taken care of.before you put your loved one in here please reconsider don't put them through the pain my mom went through! The food was always cold!! We got my mom out of there and is now in a wonderful place in hospice care!!

I had my wife (who is suffering from late stage lewy body dementia) in this place for two and a half months recently. For the first couple of weeks everything seemed good. She seemed happy. However, they never seemed to dress her properly, ie no socks with her shoes, no sweater because she was always cold. When I came to visit her I had to dress her right. The food was constantly cold by the time it was served. I eventually took her out of there becasue of their neglect. She had insect bites all over her legs and arms (which was confirmed) by our main family doctor. Right now she is in hospice care at a different wonderful location. I would not recommend the Gardens of Roswell with any loved one suffering from dementia.

The Gardens of Roswell has a nice little bird cage and a nice little courtyard for their residents. They have activities like religious services, bingo, etc. The staff seems nice and pleasant. However, when I visited this place, I thought it smelled really bad. It smelled like a wet basement.

Eden Garden was in a nice and convenient location. The exterior was well-tailored and very aesthetically pleasing. The staff warmed up to the visitors almost instantly. The interior was beautiful. It was like walking into a cozy home you only find in storybooks. The lighting wasn't too hard on the eyes and there were lots of views to the outside. There were little alcoves where the patrons could be in private. The eating room was accommodating for communal meals as well as fellowship. The patrons seemed to be well-kept and seemed to be very content with living there. The whole place was quite lovely with the exception of the permeating smell of chicken noodle soup. Not a terrible smell but a little aggravating to visitors. The patrons were allowed to interact with the visitors and seemed to welcome the change. The visitors were happy to bring smiles and warmth to them.
