I visited this PHC with hopes of putting a loved one in their care but when I entered the facility the smell of old harsh urine hit me in the face. I immediately was turned off. I had never seen such disgrace in my life and for the money is not worth it at all. I took my loved one to a better and much cleaner facility. I don't recommend this unit to a stray animal on the loose.

My Mother has lived at the Blue Garnet since 2014 and she loves it. The rooms are warm and cozy with ambiance. The staff are welcoming and full of Joy. They look and sound really motivated. The residents enjoy Board Games and Puzzles. The Blue Garnet PCH also offers more than 3 meals a day with snacks, personal care, watchful oversight, Chair Yoga and Art classes among other interesting activities.

I visited the Blue Garnet Personal Home, and it was more than she can afford. I wasn't impressed with it. They just need more space. They didn't give their customers more room, and the rooms were small, not homey or warm, just plain, and nothing special. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and I liked her a lot. They don't really do much. They offer three meals.
