At Limestone Lodge, we provide specialty care assisted living for individuals in the beginning stages of memory loss and those with end stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Our home-like environment allows residents with similar challenges and needs to live together. We offer a home-like environment where you and your loved ones can feel secure and every individual continues to have the best quality of life possible. Our well-trained care team provides structure, compassion and individual care for your loved one. The staff is continuously trained throughout the year to take care of our residents, especially those with dementia, a sometimes hard-to-manage progression and emotionally draining situation. Engaging activities and daily tasks are designed to meet the needs of resident. We love our seniors the way we love our families. We know the importance of staying connected. Beautiful community with water views but most of all the staff were amazing. They cared for my Aunt like she was their own family. Nursing and Administration were so attentive and reliable.

Lourdes-Noreen McKeen was great and really terrific. The apartments were clean and beautiful; they faced the water and were great. The lady there was great. She was very nice and informative. There was a concert going on that afternoon. It was excellent. They have independent living, assisted living, and nursing areas.

At Lourdes-Noreen Mckeen, they have bingo, Bible studies, and exercise class. They serve three meals and give them snacks during the day. The staff is awesome, so kind, and so nice. I’m there usually twice a week, and I interact with all the nurses.

While searching for a place for my friend's mother to live, we visited the Lourdes Pavilion assisted living facility. The West Palm Beach region is a favorite of the family. We really liked the well-kept park setting because the outdoors have always been a big part of my friend's mother's life. The waterfront views were also very beautiful and comforting. The types of cultural outings and events offered suit her well. Seniors are treated to everything that the area has to offer, from beautiful beaches to fine and casual dining and many entertainment venues. A variety of fresh, healthy foods are offered and suit all dietary needs. We could see that the food was exceptionally well prepared and appetizing. Snacks are available all day every day. The rooms are all nicely sized and decorated. The staff and management are very accommodating and eager to make the residents and visiting families comfortable. Those who were not ambulatory seemed well-cared for. The residents are encouraged to enjoy physical activity as much as possible. They may take exercise classes such as yoga and aerobics, or use the weight training and other equipment. Every resident appeared to be very well cared for in a peaceful, yet fun environment by kind, caring and attentive staff.
