We went to the Promise Pointe at Tampa Oaks. It was very nice, and was 8 miles from her sister. The views out their windows were beautiful. On each floor they had really nice, open reading rooms that you could go in and read or play a game. I asked them to think about the last state inspection, and it was perfect. She said they have never had anything bad. Their rooms were bigger and nicer than the other place. You have a choice of meals, and I like that very much. They have crafts, bingo, and movies.

Promise Pointe at Tampa Oaks was good, but there was a lack of organization there. They had a lot of people running around, scrambling, trying to do things, and not really knowing what to do all the time. During the beginning of the pandemic they didn't know what to do. My father tested positive for the virus and they kicked him out because he wouldn't wear his mask, so I had to move him immediately. They didn't handle that very well. I had become friendly with all the staff there, but at the end I was a little bit ticked off by the way they treated him considering he has memory issues and they didn't factor all that in. The apartments were really nice and big. They were professional enough, but they seemed understaffed. They always needed more people. They were always courteous and nice to me, they treated him very well, they were kind and helpful, but in the end they kicked him out of there because he wouldn't wear a mask. The food was pretty good. It was very clean, brand new, and not very populated yet.

Pointe at Tampa Oaks was very good. It's a lovely facility, it's top notch, very airy, roomy, new, clean, the food is good, and the rooms are good. It was better than a lot of places. The staff is a nine out of ten.

Very caring staff. Beautiful amenities. New management team really listens to the needs of the residents. My parents moved in shortly after opening (assisted living side) in April 2018 and it gave them the ability to do so much more. After my fathers passing, the staff gave my mother so much support that helped her thru this difficult time. Awesome facility.

After careful review of numerous senior homes, we selected Promise Pointe in Tampa, Florida for our mother. It is a brand new facility that offers many services. The management and staff are the best and very caring to all the residents. The meals and food stand out for this type of facility. The chef runs a great kitchen staff. We are extremely happy with Promise Pointe and its high quality service!

I have a relative that is staying in the memory care side in this facility. The staff is outstanding and always pleasant and willing to assist in anyway they can. The memory care Director Jewelee is awesome and very caring. This facility and staff is the best around.

Promise Pointe At Tampa Oaks is excellent and brand new. I had a problem with one staff member, but that was taken care of. The administrators are very quick to listen to your concerns and address them. The staff is very attentive and outstanding. However, they're still trying to hire more people, so they're still short on staff. They serve three meals a day in a dining room style. They give fruit salad, entrée, and dessert for every lunch and dinner. It's nice. They offer occupational and physical therapy for my mother. They also do laundry for her at no extra cost.

Promise Pointe At Tampa Oaks just recently opened and seemed very nice. I was impressed with the facility. The studio my mom was looking at was big enough for what she needed.
