The Capstone Senior Living is an assisted living community dedicated to providing exceptional care in a modern, comfortable, and home-like environment. Whether your loved one just needs a little extra help and meals or the security of our thoughtfully designed memory care community, our family of highly trained care specialists are here for you.

Located down the street from Nat Caldwell Park on Miss B Blvd., our community is easily accessible from Gallatin, Hendersonville, Laguardo, and Cottontown. Our campus is lushly landscaped, providing for a sense of seclusion and serenity while still remaining at the heart of Royal Palm and nearby local services.

From the moment you walk-in to our community, you will be bathed in the warmth and vibrance of our world class staff and friendly residents. As one of Sumner County’s newest senior living communities, we have had the opportunity to design our building to incorporate many of the things that make a home so special, including ample natural light to take advantage of the warm Tennessee sun, numerous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to meet with friends both new and old, places to garden or to simply enjoy a newspaper while sipping a cup of coffee.

While home is at the heart of our design, we also strive to provide the best parts of a luxury style resort to our residents and their family members, including a wine bar and social club for happy hour, multiple dining areas (both formal and casual) with restaurant style dining from our award winning kitchen, acclaimed wellness center and gym, beauty parlor, chapel and theatre, and art studio.

Each day, the Capstone at Royal Palm brings new opportunities to explore hobbies, meet with friends, enjoy fresh, gourmet-inspired meals, and participate in an abundance of social, recreational, and educational activities, making each day the first day of the rest of your life.

With no large buy-ins, residency at the Capstone is month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to choose what’s right for you. Like a cruise ship, rent includes daily meals, weekly housekeeping, all utilities (except phone), cable television, Wi-Fi, scheduled transportation to doctor appointments, shopping trips, and exciting day excursions. Classes, parties, clubs, happy hours, movies, live music and countless other social activities are also included. An emergency call system, morning check-in feature, and individual temperature control in each apartment supports your personal comfort and peace of mind.

Give us a call today! Our friendly, helpful team members are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure your safety and enjoyment of your new home.

The Capstone at Royal Palm was very nice. All the people that worked there were very courteous. The room that they showed us that my mom would be staying in was very good. They treated us to lunch there, and their menu was very varied. I think my mom would have probably been alright to stay there if we decided. They showed us two rooms that we had a choice of. One had a door out to the outside and the other one was like an inside room. They were very spacious. The bathroom was large, there was a walk-in shower, they had a small refrigerator and a microwave, and it was all carpeted. They were very nice. As far as the activities, they seemed to have a lot of things for the people to do. We didn't get a chance to see any of them because it was lunchtime, but I could see some people were getting ready to partake in some activities.

I only got to speak to the person giving me the tour at The Capstone at Royal Palm. Her name was Christina, and she was very helpful, informative, and friendly. I looked at a small apartment and then a slightly bigger one, which was a midrange, and it was definitely nice, spacious, brand new, and seemed well designed. My dad likes to swim and they said that they were talking to a local YMCA and wanted to set it up so that residents could go on regular outings and take advantage of their facilities. The dining area was also very nice and very spacious. It was sort of broken up into a large area and then some smaller areas, so it doesn't feel like a cafeteria, but instead a more friendly feel to it. The menu definitely looked fancy.
