We went to see the HarborChase of Wellington Crossing. It's very new and it's very upgraded. They have a level of care-- ECC license, that the other community we saw does not. So that was the big thing for us. The rooms have a refrigerator and a microwave, other than that, you don't have to bring much. There's a lot of closet space, they're very upgraded, and at least the apartments I saw had a lake view, which was nice. The person who gave the tour was very warm and knowledgeable.

From what I've seen so far of HarborChase of Wellington Crossing, we're very happy with it. The size of the facility is not too large and it's brand-new, it's a beautiful facility. The staff that I spoke with seemed very friendly. They have beautifully appointed very nice apartments. They have a theater, salon, bistro bar, dining room, and steakhouse.

My overall tour experience with HarborChase of Wellington Crossing was very positive. It's a very clean environment, very warm, and inviting. We look forward to possibly going there in the future. The staff was very friendly, and the apartments were more spacious than I thought they would be. They were also clean and very accommodating. There were a few different dining areas that looked very spacious and nice. There were people playing cards in one area. Usually certain activities happen in some areas, too.

My mom is a resident of HarborChase of Wellington Crossing. It's good. I don't think there's anywhere better. The staff is competent, and the place is beautiful, very nice, and very well appointed. The food is excellent, and the dining area is beautiful. It's very fancy, very nice, with a beautiful fireplace area. It's very elegant.
They have card games, an art room, Putt-Putt golf, a billiard room, and a movie theater. They have an activity director, entertainment, chess, canasta, everything.

Management is phenomenal very responsive. The place is clean and so many things going on.
Staff seem friendly and attentive. The food is great and so many choices. Our Mom is safe and happy this makes us happy.

At first glance this place is beautiful but behind closed doors the service for the residents is horrible. response time is from one hour to towers for the residence. If you are wheel chair bound forget it,help to assist to the bathroom or get undressed is so long you cant wait anymore and wind up soiling yourself. some of the staff are wonderful but there are too many that are uncaring and rude and sometimes rough. The food is horrible ,we put my mom here for a reason to be taken care of ,but it was quite the opposite. I had to sleep over to make sure she was taken care of before we were able to move her. Erica the supervisor is useless. she will yes you to death. I have helped residence to the dining room because aides would take forever to come get them. If you love your family member DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN THIS PLACE. FOR THE MONEY THEY CHARGE RESIDENCE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE ROALTY

My parents are very happy with Harbor Chase of Wellington Crossing. They're very comfortable and happy with the service. The staff is very caring, they're attentive to details, and they're accommodating. I've eaten there myself and the food is very good. They have music, exercise classes, they have arts and crafts, and they have some outings where they go sightseeing. We visited two to three others and this one is the one my mother chose.
