Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is wonderful. The staff is very warm and welcoming. They know how to make a house a home. They offer very personalized service and the setting is gorgeous. It's worth every dime we pay. My mother-in-law has a very large apartment. It's beautiful. It has both an east and west exposure to the sun. There are lots of windows that provide natural light. She has a two-bedroom and there's a large bathroom with several closets, some of which are walk-in, and a kitchenette. They offer everything you can imagine. There's a dining room that is served restaurant style. There's food available all the time. They have all levels of care. They have onsite nurses and doctors. Upkeep and maintenance are spectacular. The maintenance staff is fabulous and extremely responsive.

We spent extensive time and energy researching different ASL communities for our Mom. We chose Tuscan Gardens primarily for the safety, access to walking/exercise & food. My Mom has been a resident for two months and we are thrilled with all of the above as well as the staff, nursing accommodations, and the great environment set up for the residents to spend time together. Our Mom's health has improved considerably since her move to Tuscan Garden - partially due to the inhouse Physical Therapy and the consistent care. The room is spacious enough for her as a single resident. All of the staff greet and care for my mom in a caring manner. Oh, I almost forgot the quality of the food is excellent. They offer an 'standard menu' that is available daily and then two daily features for the residents to choose from. The food is fresh and a good variety is offered. My mom does say that the service is slow sometimes, but I think that is to be expecting during this time of lean employees.

My father moved into Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay. It is very friendly and very clean. The food is outstanding, and my father loves it. The staff is excellent, very professional, courteous, kind and organized. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy. They also have an excellent dining room. Right now, because of Covid, they have a lot of limited activities. It is very well maintained, very clean, and just an excellent facility.

Such a warm place, and I mean southern hospitality!! We toured and stayed for lunch...the Administrator even spent time with us!! Kim was friendly, informative, and clearly loves her residents. Staff are compassionate and kind, appeared to care a great deal. Such a happy visit, Dad moves in next month!!!! Need a more obvious, accessible smoking area.

The rooms are spacious and well designed. Although they made the mistake of installing direct T.V vs a cable program. The staff is attentive and empathetic to the residents. There are many and varied activities to choose from, something for everyone! The facility itself is kept very clean and appealing. There is one MAJOR blemish that the owners fail to recognize and amend. The food at this facility is horrendous . Chef Dino is even worse than The first Chef. He uses average quality food, is constantly running out of products,i.e. Ketchup,lemonade,bacon..to name a few and the food is prepared so poorly it is constantly being sent back to the kitchen ,hence. Tremendous waste. Management has been notified of this issue and has yet to remedy the situation . I find it very unfortunate that food preparation should put such a blemish on this beautiful facility. I have been present to experience this first hand and am very discouraged that nothing has changed.

Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is brand new and a much smaller development which is nice. They have a communal dining room, and they have food available 24 hours. They have 3 set eating times, but if you wanted a snack, there's always food around. It's a beautiful facility, and it's in a beautiful location except that it's on a busy street. They have a communal outdoor space, but the apartment has no patio. The staff was wonderful, but there was hardly any people moving around. There's a hotel, restaurants, and good shopping nearby.

Tuscan Gardens was my favorite of all the facilities that I looked at. It fit my needs the best. There was no perfect place. Every place had its pros and cons. This had more pros from the physical stability stand point, but there were some cons as well. The staff was incredible. They were very compassionate and kind. They were very caring individuals. They were very welcoming, which was huge when looking at this style of living. They were very positive. It had a homey atmosphere. Their apartments came in a variety of sizes. However, they were so incredibly well laid out that they appeared spacious. They thought of everything when it came to accessibility for the handicapped. The apartments were really nice. The square footage was not large, but the way they had designed it, they appeared very spacious. It was not a waste of space. I would absolutely recommend it to other families.

We saw Tuscan Gardens for my mother-in-law and it was very nice. The dining area was beautiful. My aunt was in the Alzheimer's unit before and her room was nice, small, and perfect for her needs.

Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay was brand new. The price was reasonable, but there was only one other client at the time. We didn’t know what kind of care my wife would get with only one other client there. The place was beautiful.
