We visited Bartram Lakes Assisted Living for my parents and the rooms were very nice. They're very, very clean. They had a patio, screened-in lanais, and sunrooms. They had a game room, library, and they did entertainment. I've seen this place twice, so I remember this place better. The rooms are very nice, but they did not have any 2-bedrooms available. The staff was also excellent.

My mother lived at Bartram Lakes Brooks Assisted Living, and it was nice when she first moved in. The food started to go downhill, started to cut back, and got rid of the chefs. She moved because of the food. I went to a couple of parties in the beginning, and the food was OK, nothing special. They tried to have lots of parties involving families. The staff was very nice, and the facility was nice and well maintained.

My mom is in Bartram Lakes. I like everything about it. It is a nice and clean facility. They have rehab right here on campus. They have good care. They have activities like bingo and ice cream socials. It has individual apartments for privacy and yet lots of help checking in on everyone regularly. They serve three meals a day. We chose to go with the house doctor. They have a physician’s group, and the doctor comes directly to her room. The staff is very informative, very helpful, listens well, and friendly.
