I feel compelled to share the shock and disappointment we experienced related to the care and treatment our family member (name held private to protect from further suspected retaliation) has received while residing at Vicar’s Landing.
After seeking advice from the Department of Elder Affairs, we are in the process of finding a different facility to protect our family member. Vicar’s Landing was described to us by the marketing department as being exceptional and top of the line. Clearly, we were misled.

I deeply regret having my family member live at Vicar's Landing. The assisted living and skilled nursing facility (Health Center) are substandard. Medications are not delivered on time or as directed by physicians, the nursing and CNA ratios are not adequate and upper management is unreasonable and unprofessional.
