I loved Starling at Nocatee Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was very clean, very well laid out, and there were lots of activities for the residents. The apartments were nice. It had walk-in showers and were very well thought out. It was relatively new and I just really enjoyed it. I liked their medication management capabilities and that they were willing to go above and beyond what was needed. I was very, very impressed. They were all extremely friendly. Everybody was smiling. They have an exercise room and a nail/beauty salon. Everything was in excellent condition, very aesthetic, and very well-maintained.

We got a room at Starling at Nocatee Assisted Living and Memory Care, and my sister will be moving at the end of this month. We have gone there a couple of times. I thought the atmosphere was very nice. The dining area seemed more like a restaurant than just a dining room. There are a lot of people out and being active like doing puzzles and games, and even just sitting there talking with each other. The people there were active. They had an art room, a bistro, and a library. They had a lot of areas to do things. The person who toured me around was very knowledgeable and friendly. I think the place is very clean. However, I think the floor plan is a little confusing. I can see where people can get lost with the floor plan. They had appliances in the units. They even had a washer and dryer. They had a microwave and a refrigerator.

My mother was a resident in memory care. She received wonderful care and was treated with respect and kindness. It felt like family. When she became ill, Starling provided exceptional service and was very supportive to our family in her final days. I would highly recommend Starling to anyone.

Starling at Nocatee is a brand-new community. The sales staff was very informative and followed up more than once. The location was great, and the price was not, but you get what you pay for. The grounds were fine but not complete yet. In the literature they gave me, they offered movie nights, socials, and dinner every evening.
