My mom will stay where she is at, which is here. We just worked some other financial things out to make it more affordable. It's a wonderful place, and we don't want her to leave. The food is good, it is not 100% like home, but they do a nice job. The staff members are the best ever. Everyone is just amazing. This place is the best we have been at. They have lots of activities. They have the regular arts and crafts, exercise, music, and speakers. They do a wonderful job, they don't ever slack on anything, and they really provide great care. Most everything is inside, but they have a garden type place that they can go out, and there's a gazebo and a courtyard, too.

I went here and it would have been my second choice. It was a very nice place. The location was perfect for us. It was very close. The interior was really nice and the individuals that we spoke to were really nice. The rooms were very nice. They were very friendly. In talking to the chef, his main concern was that he would be able to change a meal plan. If everybody was having A and the patient didn't like A, he would go back and make B for them. He would make sure that the patient had food that they liked even if it was just a peanut butter sandwich. If you're elderly, you're usually very accustomed to eating specific things so they were more willing there to accommodate the patient, rather than saying, "Well, this is what you have... This is what you're gonna get..." I did like that. It is very close to Mayo Clinic.

I did an actual tour of here and everything was very nice about it, and they're doing strict tours. I was able to meet with the administrator there, and I did really like that facility very much. I felt that the staff was all very pleasant, no one seemed disgruntled in passing, which sometimes you see. I thought it was nice and bright, it smelled good, it smelled clean, but not hospital antiseptic-y, and smelled like home. They had a nice sitting area, living room, piano, and they had a nice library. I met with the chef, all their food is home cooked from scratch, and they even baked me some muffins for my visit. They're very, very personable, they baked banana muffins and gave them to me to bring back to my parents. We talked at length about the quality of the food, how they really worked to help people with their dietary needs, and the cook is actually a trained cook, he's not just like a high-schooler.
The apartment was modern. I didn't see any issues, any problems with drywall, or anything wrong. Everything was handicap accessible of course, and the hallways were very wide. It made you almost feel like you were in a hotel setting. The way they made it is a mixture of very hospital and very friendly, I felt like I was walking down the hallway into someone's home area, as opposed to a facility. It didn't feel institutional. They have full slot machines, so if people like to go to the casino, they can do that to pass the time. They have like four of them in a row in one part of their activity center, which I thought was really nice.

I looked here and the people who assisted me were very excellent and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very wonderful and very conducive to well-being. The rooms were small but nice. They had activities, and I observed them playing bingo. It is a very positive place.

My mother had been in here two years ago. They're very clean and very caring. It's like being in a hotel, which was really nice. The staff were very good. The apartments were very nice, and she had a little studio. But once she got past the time of being able to do certain things for herself, she would be sent somewhere else.

We visited and the staff seemed very nice and engaged. We didn’t eat there, but they do have a restaurant-style setup.

I went and saw here. The rooms looked very nice. They were small, but they were clean, and the people were very nice. I was not able to see that many residents, but the ones that I saw looked fine and happy.

It was warm and friendly. They seem to have all the accommodations that were needed at the time. There was access to all therapy sessions. The food was good.
