My father is in Zon Beachside, and it's been good. It's a good facility, and he loves the food. They have everything in terms of activities. Her room is good, and the communication is good so far. This facility is an age-in-place facility. This place has an ECC license, so he can age in place.

I visited Zon Beachside, and it was good. They were friendly and walking around, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and clean, and they had a lot of activities for the residents. They had the usual: bingo, walking, and exercising. They have a happy hour. It's convenient. They have an exercise room, a chapel, and a bar.

My father is a resident of Zon Beachside Assisted Living, he moved in on 2017. I like the stability of it. I like the fact that almost all of the people that worked there are the same people that were there when he moved in 4 years ago, the same names maintained. It's very nice and the food is very good, he likes it there a lot. I like it because I live about 2 miles away and it's very convenient for me. It's very clean, nice, and it has good people working there.

I love Zon Beachside. It was a very good and thorough tour. The staff took us all over the whole facility. We saw the rooms, the residents, and we even went on the memory care floor, and it looked really nice. The amount of nursing type help for the residents was nice. The weekly schedule of events looked pretty good. The dining room was very nice also. The studios had a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. They had movie nights, ice cream socials, a bar that they had happy hour at, and religious activities. Most of their rooms had a street view, but the garden view rooms were very nice.

Zon Beachside Assisted Living was a wonderful place. It's very clean and it's just a beautiful community. They have excellent medical supervision and they have a doctor on the floor. The only negative thing was that you have to evacuate during a hurricane, but they do provide transportation for when you're evacuating. Other than that, they were wonderful.

We visited Zon Beachside, but it was awful. It was converted from a hotel, the halls were narrow, the atmosphere wasn't welcoming, and there was no carpeting in the hallways. The rooms seemed to be small and dark, and there's a closed up feeling to it. The people weren't moving around or talking, it didn't feel like a happy place. And the staff weren't very enthusiastic, open or friendly.

The rooms at Zon Beachside are small but very nice. Also, they have beautiful amenities. They have a library and a bar area. The cafeteria room is nice. The workout room is also nice. The dining area is superb and beautiful. They offer healthy and fresh foods. They have activities; they have something different everyday.

We looked at Zon Beachside. They were nice but expensive. It was under construction and there was a lot going on. There was hardly anyone there because they weren’t open yet. It's going to be an 80-patient facility, so it was huge as compared to anything around here. They had restaurants around the area, and it was on a fairly busy street. The hospital was about three miles away. They had activities planned, but nothing was there. We just walked around looking at empty rooms.
