My father was a resident of LCPB rehab center. The point of rehabilitation services is to strengthen patients so they can safely return to previous living situation, if applicable. My father was being mechanically transferred in/out of bed and stayed in the wheelchair all day. He also had multiple (new) clothing items disappear. He reported CNAs handling him too roughly as well. The staff did not even alert me when he was being discharged as I am his medical power of attorney. His goals were definitely NOT met. The discharge plans did not even write orders to continue PT once he returned to his own facility. Horrible experience!!

Short-staffed to save money. The first Wednesday of every month the Chamber of Commerce takes over the facility so forget about service for your loved one. Extremely clean though.
