The ladies work real hard and do a excellent! The facility was very cleaned and very friendly staff. The two patios are large plenty of comfortably chairs. My sister is feeling good about her stay there!

My friend was at Ingleside ALF Home. I loved the place. The people bent over backwards to accommodate her. However, my friend is very demanding and high maintenance. Nothing that the director could do for her was good enough. My friend actually assaulted the manager and one of the other workers with hand sanitizers. She was squirting them in the face with them. It was not a good experience. I don't want to shed a bad light on the facility. It was beyond their control; it was just not a good situation. From what I observed, the management had their hands full with her. My friend can be a very sweet and loving person, but she also had the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde side to her. If she didn't like something, you couldn't explain to her otherwise. I was happy for Ingleside when they decided to remove her from there because she was wearing that poor manager out; it was just too much. My friend had a large room, large enough to have two people. At that time, they didn't have enough residents to put another person in there with her. When we put her there, they had four residents, but I think they have enough for 18 residents. So while my friend was there, she was the only one in her room. They tried to do activities, but I really didn't get that much involved with all the details. As soon as we got her in there, the power of attorney took over to relieve me because I had been dealing with her for quite awhile. The place was very clean. The people that worked there were cheerful and pleasant. They really tried to accommodate my friend, even with her meals when she first got there. She is from Liberia, so the staff member asked me what kind of food she are. She really tried to accommodate that. They really tried to make my friend feel at home. Their pricing was average for assisted living facilities.
