Maplewood at Stony Hill in Bethel is the only assisted living community in Fairfield County that is fully dedicated to those living with Alzheimer's and dementia. Memory care is our singular focus.
Maplewood at Stony Hill is an innovative, purposefully built assisted living and memory care community offering the finest care and lifestyle to the region’s seniors. The community will consist of a mix of private, deluxe studio, and one bedroom apartments for residents who wish to remain as independent as possible with assistance in activities of daily living, no matter their level of cognitive function. It will be home to multiple, distinct “neighborhoods” for those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Our state-of-the-art Alzheimer's Educational Resource Center offers a unique opportunity for individuals to learn, research, and educate themselves on Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The areas of research and treatment, science, technology, medicine, holistic approaches to living with the diagnosis, therapeutic approaches such as music, nature, and art and more will all be available to families, residents and outside public. Books, DVDs, and periodicals will be available to all.
