Linden at Woodbridge is really attentive. My dad is in their assisted living. I think they have great communication. They have a lot of activities. It just feels like a really nice community, and they are very responsive. They have a lot of outings that they go to. There's also a lot of exercise kind of activities. They do music, crafts, bingo and trivia. They have a lot of different kinds of activities, which is what I actually really liked about them.

Linden at Woodbridge is very nice and they're in the process of renovations. The people who showed us around were very nice, too. We interviewed with the nurse and she was very helpful. The people had taken a lot of time with me toward the visit to answer questions. It's a little hard to say with COVID but we're pretty impressed with the place. It is well-kept.

Brookdale Woodbridge was very nice, warm, friendly, and well-kept. I thought it would be a nice place to live. The staff was very nice. I was impressed with their memory care unit. They had a living room next to the dining room where people gather after they eat. The proximity of the two is nice. The studio was adequate and had a nice closet. The person who gave us the tour was very nice, accommodating, and wanted to show us everything.

My mother currently resides at Emeritus at Woodbridge. We chose it because we are impressed with the facility. They are in the process of currently redoing it with all new furniture and everything, but it looked good before that. Everybody is really nice, and what we really like about it is that it is an older facility and the room sizes are very big. We are able to set up a really nice living space for her. She has her bed, a love seat with coffee table, a table recliner, and a huge walk-in closet. It just seems so much more like an apartment for my mom. Their memory care unit is also very large. She seems to be doing well there, and we have no complaints. When we went and viewed the place, they had us for lunch, and we also ate once or twice there with my mother. The food seems fine, and they have a selection out for the people. My mother is a very picky eater; she will be happy with a hamburger and french fries, and that is always there too if she wants that. So, if basically she is not pleased with something she is eating, they do offer her other things. They always have something like they color pictures. They also take them out. The courtyard is very big and has a lot of room for them go outside in a secured area.

Mother-in-law was only in Emeritus at Woodbridge for two days before she passed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. They supplied us with everything we needed.

The considerations for choosing Emeritus was the cost. My father-in-law is fine with the food, and everything is going fine so far but he has only been there for a month.

They were very, very helpful, and one of the things I really liked about Emeritus was they were much cheaper than the other two places, and their rooms were very, very large. I had looked at a 2-bedroom, and it was like a regular-sized apartment. The guy we talked with was very helpful to us. They were eating lunch during that time, so we did see the dining room, and it looked very nice. It was very open. Their apartment was very nice. What we're interested in, which did surprise me, was that their 2-bedroom was like the same price as what a single room would have cost in Darien. They had a chart up of the different activities that they were showing that they were doing, but we didn't see any activities ourselves.

When I went to Emeritus at Woodbridge the place was old and beat-up looking. It was not that clean and it had a funky smell. Of course the staff were very nice because I think they want it to sell the place to you. I think they need to clean up the place better and give it a better impression. I just didn’t like it there.

Emeritus at Woodridge is more of a nursing home setting. It was not a pleasant environment. There were people sitting around in wheelchairs with their heads down. However, the rooms were adequate and the staff was very nice and they provide a lot of services.

Emeritus at Woodbridge was okay. They did have very accommodating and very friendly staff. They knew what they were talking about as they gave us a tour of the facility. The facilities were all fine. The rooms were average. They could be a little larger but they're fine. They did have two floor plans to choose from, but unfortunately the set-up that they have didn't match what we wanted. We had also tried their food and it was adequate. With regards to social activities, they have both indoor and outdoor stuff for their residents. They have a center to the east of the building, which they use for their activity program.

My mother is now staying at Emeritus at Woodbridge. It was a great facility. It doesn't smell like a nursing home. It looks like a big hotel and they had a garden area. It had a care unit for those who are really into dementia. The staff is very caring and accommodating but there are instances that they need to carefully monitor something that happened that should not happen. I will recommend them to others.

Emeritus at Woodridge was a good facility. It was wonderful. But it was hard for us financially. And at the time, my father needed a different level of care because he had Alzheimer's.

I visited my grandfather at this facility and it was beautiful. The staff was very attentive and kind. I asked my grandfather if he liked living there and he said he truly did. He had lived at another home before this one and he liked this one so much more. He said there is so much more freedom. The building is large and the food was quite good! The surrounding views are very tranquil and I think they help grandfather stay calm. I like all the grass and flowers around the property. It's the perfect location for a assisted living facility. I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful assisted living home except that his room was a little small. Grandfather has had the chance to live in very nice homes throughout his life and he has had huge bedrooms. Well, this bedroom was quite small. But besides the bedroom size, I loved everything about this place and I am glad grandfather is so happy with it!

I visited my friend at this facility on numerous occasions. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the staff is gracious and helpful. The quality of the food provided to the residents however was substantially less than satisfactory. I don't consider a 1/2 tuna salad from a can on a sandwich made of white bread, + potatoe chips and koolaid with store bought chocolate chip cookiies and salty canned soup to be a nutritionally adequate meal whether the diner is a senior or a younger person. I shared numerous bad meals there with my friend, and for that reason wouldn't want to end up there myself one day. For what these facilities charge to live there, I feel the food should be delicious and nutritionally unquestionable.

While visiting a family member here, I couldn't believe the attentiveness of the staff towards my loved one. Being my first time there they escorted me right to her and stayed to make sure my aunt was comfortable with me being there. Passing others in the hall on the way was also a big "WOW". The other residents we passed were greeted friendly by their first name!. It was like visiting one big family. After sitting with my aunt for over an hour, I could see how well adjusted she was with her new living environment. I was very comfortable leaving knowing the staff treated each resident as an individual and not just a client.
