My aunt liked Broadview. They had a vacancy, and she moved there. We were impressed with the administrator who toured us around. The bedrooms are very nice. They have singing, entertainment, and a mass for Thanksgiving. Little kids came and greeted them, and had Thanksgiving dinner. The staff is very helpful and very congenial with the residents. However, she has problems with the bathroom.

The rooms at Broadview were clean enough. They have Bingo and a lot of programs. They offered a discount for me, but I am just looking for more places to compare, and then choose the best one for me.

My brother stayed at Broadview Residential for 11 years. The staff has always been very responsive. I would put the administrator on provision if she had been one of my staff members as her follow up is 0, and I had to budge her all the time to keep her on track. The staff has just been really good, and they have always been responsive.
I have a good relationship with everybody, but the administrator I would give a 3. Otherwise, it would be very good. It’s an old place, and it’s OK, but they must have a walk in type shower or wheel in type shower. I am generally happy with everything.

My brother was born with some physical disabilites at 70 he needed more card than I could provide. He worked all his life but has limited retirement funds and needed some where he could afford. The Broadview Retirement Care Center is fantastic, he is always clean and so is his room. The staff is caring and polite, I do not worry about him at all they take excellent care of his needs. I think that the Director Betsy, really cares about the people with live at the Broadview. The extended staff is kind and friendly. I am there at least 3 times per month and they welcome me in the door. I always take him home with me for Holidays and special days but the Broadview also provides the residents with decorations that brighten each day. I am very thankful that we found such a caring community.
