My parents moved into Regency Palms Oxnard. It is a very good place. The staff is excellent. They're providing excellent service to them. They are very helpful. They're helping my mom with bathing and toileting. They're going above and beyond the call of duty. I just can't say enough good things about them. They're really good. The food is excellent too. They have activities and then they have outings, too. The outside doesn't look pretty like some of the other ones, but the inside is great.

My mother-in-law loves it here. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is caring, friendly and accommodating. We worked with Gloria and she's so sweet. The nurses are very sweet and kind as well. And the food is shockingly good. My family highly recommends this community.

Regency Palms Oxnard was brand new and super clean. The staff were all extremely personable, nice, and seemed to be very caring. We met a couple of residents who said that they were very happy with the place and that they liked the food. My mother-in-law got to choose the room she would like to have. The rooms have a kitchenette, a small refrigerator, a small microwave, and a little sink. They provide laundry services once a week for the residents, and if they need more than once a week, it's an extra charge. It was just nice. It's got a lot of the things that I think will make her comfortable. The director toured us around and he was fantastic.

Regency Palms Oxnard was certainly well-equipped. The cafeteria-type seating for dining and the rooms look pretty nice. It was a good location. Those things were what's nice about it. The staff who gave the tour was very helpful and informative. The facility was very nice. It's a good community to look into for your loved ones.
