Sage Glendale Senior Living is a new building, and it's all freshly done. The public spaces are very large like the TV and the outdoor spaces. The guy showed me around and it looked very good, very new, and very modern, but when we went upstairs to the bedrooms, I found them to be kind of a lower-class motel, not very interesting, and there's not much space. The prices that he was talking about were just breathtaking. I could not believe that they were able to say those amounts of money for these particular apartments. The staff was very nice though, and I liked him. There was nobody in the dining area he showed me, but it looked nicely done. There was a fellow sitting on the outdoor patio. The layout was terrific, and it was very clean.
