The tour at The Oaks at Nipomo went wonderful. I didn't have a negative thing to say about it. The woman who gave me the tour was very nice, gave us lots of information, and was very friendly. It's a beautiful place. The room we saw was very nice, and I was pleased with it. The menu had a lot of versatility for items that you can order for your lunch, breakfast, or dinner. They have a lot of activities for the guests. Some of them participated in them when we were there for the tour. They had a very small library, a theater room where you could watch movies on a big screen, a workout room, and a beauty shop. The only thing I did not like about that was that you had to pay for it out of pocket. It wasn't included in the monthly fee. But everything else was just great.

I toured The Oaks at Nipomo. It was really a nice tour, the lady was very informative. The whole facility was just very top notch. It's new, so it's nice. The only drawback was the room is pretty small, but you kind of have to go into the smallest room first, and you can progress up as the room becomes available, which would probably happen for two people. I would highly recommend it to someone. It's about the same price as the other one I toured. The only thing that was available was a studio. Lots of activities. They have three or four things daily on the calendar. I'm not sure at this point if my family members would be using those, but there is a possibility. It's there if they would like to, so that's a nice thing. They had a beauty salon, which was nice. We saw people eating there, and the food looked very nice.

The Oaks at Nipomo was a brand-new facility. It was beautiful. The staff was really nice. The only thing I did not like about it was that you could not get into your apartment from the outside. You always had to walk through the lobby. It was something I didn't like. The staff was a nice lady. They have their own Cafe Bistro inside, and you can use that all the time. It was smaller than the other facility.
Their dining area was very open. I think you can eat whenever you want. They have three meals a day. The other thing was that they have a separate room that you can use when you have company. This way when you have visitors, you're not in the dining room with the other residents. You can have some privacy. I like that. I think they have a little gym for exercise. They have a list of activities every day of the week. Sometimes they have games, sometimes movies, and sometimes there was a plan to go somewhere. They keep everybody busy. If you want to be, you can be as busy as you want; you can join in as many activities as you like.

We talked to The Oaks at Nipomo, and we're in the process of sharing medical information back and forth. I toured the place. I was very impressed with it, and it's a nice facility. It's large, it has a lot of activities for seniors, and the apartments are reasonably sized and pleasant. The administration was very responsive and helpful. It's clean. I saw some of the residents there, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves and in good spirits. The building is a three-story, it's three years old, and it's very clean, very nice, and very modern.

The Oaks at Nipomo's assisted living was very clean. It was modern and spacious, and they were following COVID protocols very well. I thought it was a lovely facility. It's new so it has a lot of new amenities. I saw the dining room, and there were people in there, but I personally didn't try the food. I found out that there's no nurse on site, so I felt that that was a little bit of a negative for people of that age not to have a nurse to monitor their medication. I was talking about my father, and she said there was no nurse to help him with his diabetes medication. The staff was very friendly. For that price range, I'm sure there are places that were much better, but then you'd have to pay twice as much.

I visited The Oaks at Nipomo for my dad. It is very nice. The staff were very friendly and informative. I have seen their studio apartment and it was very nice. I thought it was clean and nice, and very new. They have an outdoor scene area which was very nice.

The Oaks at Nipomo was extremely nice. I'd love to live there, but my stepmother needed 24-hour skilled nursing care. They gave me a tour of the whole facility. It's very modern, extremely clean, and very upgraded. The staff who showed me around was very helpful and friendly. They had all kinds of amenities. I was very impressed with the place. Their dining room was open dining, and everybody had a menu like in a fancy restaurant. It felt homey, comfortable, and relaxed.

The Oaks at Nipomo is a country club or like a 5-star hotel. Everything is brand new. They're opening up a bistro that allows residents 24-hour access to food and beverages. It's an unbelievable place. It's beautiful, clean, and the hallways are huge. which if you're on a walker, it's nice to have that width. The doorways are wide so if you're in a wheelchair, you have access. The elevator is big, so it's easy to move your furniture in and out of the place. The staff who toured us around was very friendly and asked very engaging questions. I could tell she was listening to what our needs are going to be. She was informative and she followed up a couple of times with us. The place reminded me of a cruise ship, and everyone seems very friendly there, too.
